The property was clean & well maintained. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The guy working at the front desk when we checked in was rude & not very friendly. He warmed up by the time we checked out. 😒🙂

The carpet needed to be cleaned, very dirty in the hallways. The water fountain didn't work & was dirty. The laundry room for customers was small & to dry your clothes was a little expensive. The was no breakfast in the hotel. But there was coffee which was terrible, they would better off not having it either. 😔😔

The property was clean. I asked for more towels because we didn’t put the sign out to clean the room. He got them for me right away. Bathroom and room was clean. The location was perfect.

Our air conditioner was loud. It was hot when we got in the room but chilled down fairly quick.

Clean, friendly people that ran the business and were helpful in recommending an awesome. Mexican restaurant that was open late. The room was huge and the shower was great. Good water pressure.

Bed was uncomfortable, and the frame was metal and squeaked every time I turned over.

The staff was nice enough but not very personable. I think it was a language barrier mostly. The grounds did have a lot of dog poop from people not cleaning up after their dogs.

Amazingly clean, rooms are well maintained. A very good value for the price. A very nice surprise because I have seen rooms at every end of the spectrum. Very pleased with this stay.

The reception person was not the best.

The location is great and it was quiet for the most part except for one night somebody was running a pressure washer until 1130 at night outside. It might have been McDonald's next door

The bed could have been more comfortable. It made noise alot even when I turned over

convenience, near town restaurant and on main highway in town. We road the Hiwassee River train ride and this a a nearby hotel.

This was my first visit to a Red Roof Inn. I was not used to having a 1/2 size pillow. But we had 2 a piece and it worked.. I would visit a red roof inn again.

The hotel was nice, cozy, and clean. Location was good as well.

There wasn't nothing that I didn't like. I would use them again for sure!

The front desk person was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ran into a situation and she handled it with grace and care. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

It was a little far from the highway, but worth the drive
