The location was perfect - only 1/2 mile from the city park where the tournament was being held.

The room has linoleum throughout and tiles in the bathroom. While it appears to be clean, I made the mistake of walking barefoot for one evening and when I was ready for bed, looked at my feet and the bottoms were black!!! The floors are in desperate need of deep cleaning! Also, I noticed a dead bug laying on the one corner of the bathtub shelf the first day. It was still there 6 days later when we checked out.

The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were really fluffy. The TV was great quality, the picture was so clear. The location was great. I really liked the friendly vibe. There was a we'll kept pavilion and cute garden. The staff could have stuck me in a room with the leak and not said anything, but they were really thoughtful since I had my kids with me. They gave me bottom floor with two queen beds.

The only thing I could say, was that the laundry area being outside was inconvenient so I didn't use it

Easy access off the highway. Friendly staff. Room clean and no carpet was a plus. Easy access to WiFi.

Close to road means a lot of street noise. Option to have a ground floor room. The website stated there was a coffee pot but the room didn’t have one. 1 suggestion the AC vent cleaned.

If your local. You have you have to pay a 100 cash deposit. We live almost 3 hours away. Came for a rodeo association we work for to work rodeo. We dont carry cash!! And that wasn't in the booking information!!

Your add stated that breakfast would be served in the mornings. Only thing available was fruit and sweet muffins. Our housekeeper was very nice and accommodating. Mattresses were super comfortable.

Raj was the man!! He greeted us with open arms and gave my wife ANOTHER pen because she complimented him on it. Come to athens pretty regularly and will always come stay here.

Location is perfect for overnight stay off main highway and very well lit. The staff was extremely friendly and check in was very smooth.

The property is older, so not as pristine as I would have liked, but it was cleaner than expected.

I love the staff they were very friendly and helpful in. The housekeeping was phenomenal with keeping the rooms clean and the towels stocked.
