Wonderful friendly staff! I Was in town visiting my son daughter in law and grandchildren whom recently just moved to the area from out of state. I cannt believe how friendly people are in Tennessee, so welcoming, including all of the staff at the hotel! The front desk was so welcoming and kind, even made suggestions on places to eat and things to go do! Went to take my grandchildren to swim and the pool was closed for cleaning, which is great knowing cleanliness is of importance to hotel. Of corse the kids were bummed out, but a friendly staff member offered to call our room when it was ready to be used again- I was very very impressed by this, thank you for this, it ment a lot to us!!! The room was very clean. Extra towels were given to us upon request, with out any difficulty, super sweet housekeeping staff. The breakfast was wonderful. A lovely woman who was in charge of the dining area was so friendly to us and made small talk with the grand babies, she even complimented me on not looking old enough to have grand kids haha. She was busy with her work but took time out for hospitality. Was thrilled that there were car charging stations to utilize while there- very helpful and handy! Very impressed by all the staff. The only complaint I had was the sleeper sofa was less than to be desired, old spring mattress that needed replaced, probably overlooked as I doubt people use it frequently, honestly tho it wasn’t a problem because I had an air mattress in my car. Thank you ALL for the lovely stay! We will definitely be back- and will recommend to other family members that will need a place to stay when they also come to visit.

Location was great and the pool was so fun. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff definitely takes pride in their work.

Front desk lady was not much of a “people person.” I’ve always noticed people especially at hotel front desks are always welcoming and greeting people once they arrive. This was not the case when we arrived. She was extremely short and direct with me. Checking out was much better interaction with a different lady.

This is our second time staying at this location. Everything was great. I absolutely love the pillow.

The drains on the tub will not close all the way. To have enough water to relax in the tub. you had to leave the water running. My only issue is the bed could have been a little softer (preference). But, even with that. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. In fact, I sign up with choice rewards, based on the performance of this hotel. Thank you.

We loved the pool. The slide is awesome. Breakfast was also great and the attendant was so friendly and engaging to my grandkids

There would have been literally no difference between a pillow on the floor and the hardness of the bed. Also there were no blinds and the curtains couldn't close so it was as bright as daylight in the room due to the lights outside.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. We got in late and left early so we didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness center but we did enjoy breakfast. I was in the mood for waffles and they had two waffle makers.

The bathroom fixtures were dated but there were plenty of towels and it was clean. The hair dryer was very powerful and plenty of hot water.

The facility was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and happy to help. The indoor pool was great. They have a water slide that adults and kids alike can use they have a water feature that the kids can play under. The Jacuzzi did not turn on but was still very comfortable.

Staff was pleasant, rooms very clean.

Pool chemicals were too strong. Just being in the pool area made our noses and eyes sting. Pool setup is fantastic, too bad we could only stay for a bit. Even the kids were asking to leave it was so bad.

Beds nicely appointed and clean. Pillows that were actually comfortable. Breakfast was great(I’m vegetarian), waffles, plenty of apples and bananas, good selection of juice. We went to breakfast around 9am and there wasn’t anyone else there and the area was spotlessly cleaned. Tall ceilings in rooms. Kitchenette clean and nicely appointed. Bathroom clean and fully stocked. Area seemed safe and recently developed.

Room was on the front-side of hotel facing the interstate, so it was quite noisy all night. we were by the elevators/stairs which added to the noise. There was a car parked in front of hotel by the main entrance, blocking half the drive-through, that was there our whole stay. Lime green and bright yellow wall paints are not the most ideal for calm restful sleep. If there’s more than two people in the room, the room door can easily be blocked by an opened bathroom door. Bathtub could use a re-caulking.

We went to celebrate New Years Eve with family. The grandchildren loved the indoor pool, slide, umbrella sprinkler and hot tub. Great location for many type of eats. Great staff. Very accommodating and pleasant. Great breakfast.

The muffins tasted old or something.

Property was very clean, had a clean smell to it as well, breakfast was fantastic a wide variety of options. Staff was very friendly.

Only downfall the bed was very uncomfortable (king room). My husband and I both had extremely sore backs the following mornings.
