Convenient to restaurants & easy access from interstate

There were a lot of homeless people wandering around in the area. We overheard someone in the lobby explain to another guest there is a homeless camp in the woods next to this property. ☹️

The apartment was clean and nice but the front desk guys were the best thing about this stay. They were so attentive, kind and immediately willing to help you no matter what you needed. They really took the cake & I'd recommend the Stay apts for this reason alone. I've traveled internationally & stayed at some nice hotels, these guys were the best customer service I've ever gotten to work with. I also appreciated that they don't allow candles/fragrance plug ins in the apts. As someone with very severe allergies that was a nice bonus.

The only thing for me was that I'm an extremely light sleeper and I have very good hearing so I'd constantly be able to hear the neighbors on either side which was a bit frustrating. You'd hear the couples, the alarms, the dragging of suitcases across the floor, everything.

I loved the separate bedroom and living room/kitchen WITH AN ISLAND TO EAT AT!! My favorite part was the courtyard. I sat at the firetable and met so many of the other guests while watching all of our kids play together on the astroturf grass. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Great location, directly across from a target and other retail stores and restaurants. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone.

Staff is off-site after 9pm. There is an app that you can use to enter your room if you forget your keycard. But a lady did leave her cell phone in her room with her sleeping toddler and was unable to get entry to her room. I called the main line and was able to get the person on call to come let her in. He responded quickly but still would've been nice to have someone in office.

Pet friendly but $25 extra. Huge space - 570 sq ft, 2 queen beds, separate space with a nearly full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove microwave, dishwasher, plus a sofa and 2 flatscreen TVs. Wooded space in back plus grass areas to take the dog. Lots of quick-service and some regular restaurants at the exit, plus lots of gas options and also Publix groceries, Target etc.

We are from Sarasota, FL, and were escaping Hurricane Milton. They should’ve waived the pet fee. We didn’t think to ask, but on the way back, the IHG Garner Hotel in Forsyth/ Macon, GA was waiving it all week. Be aware this is a very practical, facility, with plenty of space and the limited things you need for a comfortable night or 2 - as long as you have snacks & food ready to eat with you , or you go get something to eat. But 1 small window in the room, modern vinyl flooring everywhere. It’s not beautiful.

We were traveling from Indiana to Florida and stopped in TN to see family. The size of the room and the courtyard made for a very enjoyable stay. Our daughter and granddaughters came and spent some time with us and we had plenty of room for the kids to play inside or out. The seating areas and fire pit provided a real sense of community. We will definitely stay there again.

Only two very small adjustments. 1. The bathtub in room 102 did not fully plug. 2. The shower floor was slick, so showering was a little slippery.

I appreciated the kitchen, so we could cook our own meals and make a four day stay more affordable. My daughters were thankful for the outside area. They ran and played while I sat comfortably in the outdoor furniture. We were even able to enjoy the fire pit on the last afternoon since the weather cooled down. The laundry facilities were a nice addition as well.

We were staying here to take care of our mother who had been hospitalized. The staff was amazing! Understood our dilemma and worked with us throughout our three week stay. They were all caring and very accommodating. When we needed anything they were there for us. It was a clean facility, inside and out. Close to many different dining options. All of us felt safe and would definitely reserve a room again.

The room are large and the kitchen is wonderful. The staff are awesome there. Anytime we are in Cleveland Tennessee we will be staying here again.

We had issues in the room with the sink, but the staff went above and beyond to fix it. The lobby having closing hours was the only dislike, but we could still take care of emergencies so it was not a huge issue

I love having the convenience of a full sized kitchen appliances in our room! This place is awesome and the staff are very nice as well!

The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was being able to hear someone on the floor above us stomping but that’s not the hotel’s fault necessarily. There was also a little bit of dust bunnies under our beds but other than that, our room was super clean!
