This is an older property that was completely remodeled in the early 2020s and looks brand new. It’s just off I-75 but there’s no road noise. Downtown Cleveland and Lee University are 10 minutes away. The free breakfast is consistently good. The staff is very nice and helpful, and i appreciated their help with tech issues.

Great location! Very nice , room size good! Front desk good, could need more at help at night. Lots checking in, loud university kids eating in dining room, some one locked out because of batteries in door lock, a couple trying to scam her, saying they booked for last night but Priceline or Expedia changed the date to Sunday Monday, motel was booked and they said we need 2 rooms together. None available. . They were demanding a refund and wanted rooms to now, lady wanting a cheaper rate lady was kind rude, and husband too. Front desk, was trying to helped and very pleasant to her explaining since they booked through them , and paid them, they have to get a refund from them. They would not move out of the way so she could help others in line,while they were phoning the other company. Ugh! She walked to the door and out side and then cut back in front of me and the front desk asked me who I was and was interrupted by the lady and she stepped in front of me. Ugh. Two much for one front desk to be there during busy hours .

It is super easy to get to from the highway - ideal to break up our trip from Florida to Michigan. Rooms are wonderful, breakfast is good and the person at the front desk was super helpful!

The TV was a bit tough to navigate because you have to point the remote control to a box behind the TV to make it work. Not the best solution in my opinion but doable 😊

The food was good, I really enjoyed the waffle and pancake maker. There was a good amount of options to choose from which I liked. Room service was nice and fairly quick.

The bathroom was very cramped even for one person. I think slightly bigger bathrooms would be great.

Clean, comfortable room, quiet hotel. Breakfast was good, albeit just a standard selection.

HVAC mini-split was not overly comfortable - too wide a range to keep the room temp stable. It always got too warm before getting too cold. Also, my new car got a door ding in the parking lot :-(. That's not the hotel's fault though.

This older property was completely remodeled in 2022 and looks new. The room furnishings are nice and the king bed is comfortable. My room was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple but would be too small for a family. The free breakfast is very good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, pastries, juice, and coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful. The property is well located, just off I-75 exit 25 and 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland or Lee University. I traveled to visit family for Thanksgiving and will stay here again next time I come back.

While I didn’t use the business center, it consists of one computer in the lobby. I’m don’t recommend this property for business travelers.

Nice comfortable room on good location near a lot of restaurant choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a bit lean on options and quality otherwise nice brief overnight stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was quick and easy. They greeted us when we came in and checked on our comfort every time we passed the desk.

Through no fault of our host we were unable to checkout of our room a day early. We were able to leave, of course, but the booking agency was difficult to contact and we had to check out without receiving any credit for the additional day. I will probably book directly with them and bypass the agent next time.

This was a good hotel. The breakfast good, the room was big and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. They even provided me with a free toothbrush. I couldn't find mine.

Close to i-75. Ample parking for towing trailer and could just pull around building...no backing up!! Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast and clean room.

Thought a little pricey. Wall switch in bathroom would not shut off vent fan.
