We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving on our travels - so it was very unplanned. We thought the property was very well managed and clean. The check-in was very easy and quick and the breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen staff even offered us "to go" containers - since we were the last ones to eat that day and they had plenty left that was going to be thrown out - that was a nice option and made for a great snack later. The location was very easy to get to - though the city was a bit overwhelming to navigate. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were what we needed. Though we didn't use it, the hotel offered discounts to the restaurant across the street and the check in host was very knowledgable about the area's offerings.

The only thing we didn't like was the staff that were right outside the front doors smoking as we checked out. There were three of them - presumably on their smoke break - but it was right at the entrance as we were trying to load and leave so it was kind of annoying b/c they were talking loudly and smoking right by where we were loading.

Fresh, clean upon walking into the lobby and every detail in the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent especially the biscuits. Improvements could be made on the quality/richness of the coffee and the orange juice which was flavored water. The room was nice to have a chaise lounge and a closet near the front door. Switching soaps to pumps instead of little bottles is appreciated and Dove is a good brand to align with for Holiday Inn. The Longhorn Restaurant is within walking distance and had a fantastic meal!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We booked two separate nights and we were able to stay in the same room. We would stay again.

The breakfast had too many bread items and not enough hot items. Grits would be a great addition but it was free 😊

We were amazed at how clean this hotel was and it smelled so good. The breakfast was the biggest breakfast and so delicious!

We were a family of 6 that came in I wish the 2 beds would have been a little bigger. We had 2 adults in a bed with a child in between us. It was a little tight but everything was awesome!

Staff was extremely helpful, especially Lenya(sic).

More light in the rooms is needed. Too dark with not enough lamps. The small sitting area could be significantly improved with two more lamps. Metaphorically, it was almost similar to a dungeon as one might find in The Game of Thrones.

Lady at the checkin desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.

Rooms echo because there’s no rugs in them and all sounds from the hall could be heard & echoed in the room. This makes it hard to sleep even if you’re super tired.

Everything was super clean and the public areas were updated nicely. Furniture in the room was a bit the worse for wear...but it was clean! Every staff person we came in contact with was just wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. We didn't use the pool on this trip, but it looked so inviting and well-maintained. We appreciate staying where an outdoor pool is available. We will definitely be back! The breakfast offerings were fantastic! Keep up the great work!

Wasn't thrilled with the view of two parking lots and the back of a restaurant but guess you can't have everything.

Leyna at front desk knew the best place to get a late dinner. She was awesome both times I have stayed at this location.

I have no issues because everyone is so friendly, room is clean and quiet.

Excellent breakfast! Convenient—chose this location because of the nearness to a friend and a funeral location

Bed was a bit high for my bad knee and the sheets and covers were rather tight when I tried to get comfortable in bed.
