Our stay was Brief, but absolutely amazing. Peyton went above and beyond. There was a mess up in my third party booking. And he calmly fixed it and had me calm down. He is absolutely amazing. I can see him at a higher level with this company. He is great with the customer. And his knowledge about your hotel.

We loved everything

Very clean and very accommodating and professional staff.

Pet charge was ridiculous $75 for a cat probably causing us to look for different accommodations when traveling through Cleveland. It’s a shame because we did like the hotel but $75 instead of $25 is ridiculous.

My son and I came up for a wedding. Everything at this hotel was exceptional!

No specifications that you could not pay with cash during stay. But it all worked out anyways

It was amazing! There is a man named Roger Hornsby a staff member, who we talked to durning breakfast. He was one of the most genuine people I have ever met and he is someone I will remember for the rest of my life. My fiancé and I really appreciated him and his conversations.

Everything was great!

I loved the shower and the bed was comfortable . I got cold and they had an extra blanket in the closet to use. My husband likes it colder than I do . Beryl was very nice at check in

We were traveling home from Florida and stopped for the night. The room was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean facility. Been to this area several years. Had bug issues with other hotels but not this one.

Nothing for us to complain about. If you could only have given us better weather. It rained a lot.

The breakfast was wonderful. A wonderful selection and the staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue starting our car when we were ready to leave and the staff helped us and we were on our way.

The staff was immediately friendly and courteous. We showed up a little early and they initiated the opportunity to check in then. The place was clean, the location was perfect, even the price was better than in some other places.

No hot tub, rooms smaller than most Hamptons, no option for a couch bed. So rooms only really fit 4 max comfortably. We made do though.
