This is my fourth stay at the same location. They are friendly and respectful to everyone who stays there. I stay there when I drive from north in indiana back to central florida. They even accommodate me each time and give me the same room which I Love.

There is really nothing that I don't like about this hotel.

We arrived in town late in the evening. We took the first hotel we came to that had a room. The night keeper found a room for us and our puppies.

The price is not in line with other places we stayed on this trip. We moved to another hotel in town for less than half the price. I didn't experience anything upscale about the experience. It was just a place to sleep. To be fair, we only stayed one night.

Everything was great from check in to my room to the pool and fitness room to breakfast to check out. I was very happy with my stay there.

I wanted to get a towel for the pool but there was no one at the desk so I had to use a towel from the room. Not a big deal.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was filling, front of Clarion was weeded and fresh mulch had been put down.

I am a coffee drinker in the morning but I could not drink their coffee at breakfast. Still need to do more weeding /fresh mulch on the property.

The communication between staffing myself was great. The room was clean. The location was good. Enjoyed my stay will stay again.

Accidentally charged me a deposit twice but I did get my money back, so nothing bad to say

Very well kept. We enjoyed our stay. The landscaping needed attention and weeding. Wish I’d had longer to stay and could have helped out! :)

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was the cleanest room I've had anywhere in a long time and was extremely comfortable,no noise or disturbances which made my stay amazing I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone going to Cleveland to book a stay here !

Only complaint i have is my TV remote had no batteries

The breakfast was pitiful! Ended at 9 on a weekend morning which is very early! Got to breakfast at 830. Nothing left. Had some coffee and drove to breakfast elsewhere.

Updated clean, soft bed, smelled great, happy positive staff.

Good value for your money. Room re-furnishes and clean. Easy access for I-75.

When a room is re-done take time to finish the entire area. Bathroom fan really noisy and still looked old.
