this place was awesome! super clean rooms, good location, nice pool/lobby/etc.

finding a parking spot at night was a little challenge but it wasn’t too bad!

We were only there less than 12 hours and just passing through to get home to Florida from Indiana. We were late (after midnight) getting to the hotel, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. We crashed and didn't even make it up in time for breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. We hung out in the lobby for as little bit while I used the WiFi to take care of a work issue. It was very nice!

The only thing I can thnk of that was an issue (not really an issue) was that the freezer part of the minifridge didn't seem to be working. We had some freezer packs that we were using to keep things cold in oour cooler bags on the trip. We were hoping to refreeze them overnight for the rest of the journey. That didn't work, but not that big of a deal.

The room was comfortable and clean. I had left my gold wedding band in the bathroom. I went back the following day and spoke to the cleaning team (Max and Jessy) and they immediately told me yes they had it and within a couple minutes I was wearing it again.

When I called LA Quinta Sunday night the 12th of May to inquire about my ring explaining where I left it the young man that answered the phone kept trying to give me 101 reasons why they may not have it. Like well if it was on the floor it may not have been noticed. I explained that would not have happened unless they vacuum the tub. I told him I would be very disappointed if my ring wasn't turned in. Instead of saying I will check with the housekeeper, could I have your phone number so I contact you after I talk to them, no he hung up the phone on me. I did not spend 451.00 for two nights to be treated so rudely

Hotel is clean, friendly, quiet and modern. The price was very competitive booking one week out. Close to Lee University and in a nice part of Cleveland. We were happy with our stay.

The bright lights all night outside the window of room 408 (over the portico roof/entrance. The blackout curtains weren't sufficient to block the light around the edges of the curtain, so it seems like morning all night long. That was the only bad thing, but really affected comfort and sleep-ability. Breakfast was standard and fine. Would be great to have hard boiled eggs and bananas as an option.

The location was great. I like the set up of the room. Everything was comfortable. The desk and chair was very helpful to me.

The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was nice, but the quality could have been better. On my floor, 3rd, there were two rooms down the hall with small children and one with dogs; fortunately they did not disturb me at night; but the dogs were pretty vocal coming of the elevator or walking down the hall. I am not usually bothered by children; but one room was having difficulty keeping their child from screaming. (again, not at night during sleep time).

everything the lobby was clean & smelled good the bed was so compitable we were coming from FL heading MI had a rough ride due to traffic needed a good night sleep pillows we great shower was great and breakfast great the best coffee at a hotel I ever had and the location was great to hop pack on I 75 will always stay there.

I didn’t like the fact that I was still in Australia at Wyndham Cleveland and couldn’t locate La Quinta in USA at Wyndham,Cleveland. Hence I inadvertently booked an identical motel with a lot of water between me and you - BUT ,BUT - I have it on good authority that I really really missed a startling blissful stay

Upon entering the LaQuinta of was very clean and smelt very clean. Upon checking in staff was very friendly and polite. When walking to elevator everything looked and smelt as though it had just been cleaned. Upon entering room it was amazing and also smelt clean. Our stay with them was amazing and we were very pleased. Breakfast was also very good.

Front desk employees were extremely nice from check-in to us just walking by to head out. They always said hi and made us feel welcomed. The cleaning staff were friendly as well. We need a couple of extra towels, and they got them right away and also told us that if we need anything, not hesitate to ask. This was my second time staying here. The first time was during the peak of Covid, and they were just as nice and welcoming then as they were now in 2023. I always get the executive King Suite, and it's absolutely perfect. There is plenty of room and love that it has a couch with another TV to watch. I can't stand laying or sitting in day clothes on the bed. I've stayed at 5 star hotels and I have to say with the way they take care of this hotel from the employees to the cleanliness it doesn't feel any different. Just the price. Which for what you get at this hotel, they could charge more, and I would still stay there when I come to Cleveland, TN. Well done, everyone at the hotel. You ladies and gentlemen are amazing!

I can honestly say there wasn't one thing that I didn't like, but maybe 24 hr access to Fitness Center. But besides that, everything is/ was good.

I thought the breakfast area had a nice assortment of breakfast items. The buffet area was modern and tastefully decorated. The sitting area was also nice and comfortable with lots of big windows and natural lighting. The lobby area is spacious and inviting when you come into the hotel with an area where you can shop for snacks and essentials.

The room where we stayed was very spacious since it was a handicap room. But I felt it was very plain & simple. Being a newer hotel I thought there would be more attention to detail and decor in the rooms. The pool area was very small with no hot tub. Windows in the Pool area had rust, which seemed odd for a newer hotel. The room however was clean and suited our one night stay.
