Very clean and comfortable! Off the main road. Rooms are very nice and grounds and pool all well kept.

When calling before booking through Booking .com, I asked for a senior discount and the amount was the same as my Booking .com price. I’ll continue to book through Booking.com. Calling did not get me a better price.

Location was perfect as it was only 10 minutes to anywhere in Collegedale. Breakfast was great, they had the seasoned potatoes that my kids love. All of the staff were very helpful and the beds are comfortable.

Not much to complain about. The only thing that was kind of gross was that the maids obviously don't clean behind the night stand in the room, there was A LOT of left over things back there. Ear plugs, wrappers, other things I couldn't and didn't want to identify.

The staff was exceptional, premises were clean and accommodating

The pool area was extremely slippery with no measures to prevent anyone from slipping and falling. I fell as a result injuring my right knee, right hip and elbow. Also in a very wet area no safety covers on electrical outlets nor did I see any GCFI.

It started with Camry at the desk. She is truly an asset to your company and is very welcoming, professional and personable. The room was clean, perfect amount of space. Pool was great and the fire pit was a bonus.

The bar wasn’t open.

I booked the room just to use the pool on my vacation, but the bar is a definite plus and the staff is super friendly! Excellent view of the mountains from the front and the room was as clean as it could be.

The pool was a bit dirtier than I expected, that’s the only thing that bothered me about my stay.

We loved the excellent service, cleanliness, large room, bathroom, great breakfast, lovely dining and food menu, and super location. When we travel between the south and north this is where we stay.

That I have to give it such a good review. Now everyone will book here and we will not get a room! 😂

The location and look of the facility

When we were leaving, though it wasn’t much space with luggage on the elevator….a staff member asked us to pick up and move our bags and squish to get a laundry cart in with us. It was very odd and uncomfortable.

Comfortable space, both the room and common area. The bar/restaurant was nice as well with good food and helpful staff.

Only ONE EV charger available. Booked this hotel because of EV charging, only to find out the only one was in use all night.

Studio room that was new, roomy, had a great computer desk --the right level for doing key board work.

A choice of pillows--some need to be firmer than they are.
