This was a great trip, we came for orientation at UT Chatt and this stay was awesome. The staff at check in was super friendly and gave helpful advise for our stay! The breakfast was fantastic and the staff there were equally friendly and great! Our room was clean and the location was great. The parking lot was super packed and there were spaces that were blocked off which made parking not so great but overall this was a great hotel stay and we will be coming again.

parking was full and there were spaces that were roped and the pool and pool bathroom were not as clean as the rest of the place.

Location to I75 and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom could have had some more lighting. Staff was professional and friendly. Clean.

The evening reception food/drink selection was just OK, bowls and warmer sat empty for a bit before being replenished. Breakfast area too cramped, especially with children milling around. Would prefer to have made-to-order coffees vs. it coming from a dispenser. This is a “nicer” hotel brand paired with a high-end steakhouse, expected a bit more.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean... The food was good and alot to choose from. Indoor pool definitely a plus!

They had guest with dogs in the dining area, while we was trying to eat...I felt like that was nasty...dogs barking and on the table...just not appropriate for eating area amongst alot of people...should not be allowed... I also think that breakfast should last until 11am..it closes too early!

We loved the atmosphere and the staff, especially Olga at the front who helped us several times.

The set up for breakfast is dismal. Compared to 4 other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in before, having all the food in one tiny room caused chaos. May I suggest they use the bar area to put some of the items, especially the beverages. And speaking of beverages, it was disappointing to not have any tea or coffee available in the lobby after breakfast.

Loved the breakfast and happy hour! The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly. Loved the heated pool and the environment was relaxing.

Limited entrances into the hotel. Our mini fridge froze everything we put into it, sadly this ruined a couple of salads (no controls for temp). Snacks at happy hour went quickly, but there was only one worker so she was busy making drinks. Close Parking is limited when the Ruth Chris restaurant is open.

The pool was amazing! It was heated and very clean. The towels and chairs were stocked and organized. It didn't smell either. The food was amazing, as usual. Beautiful building. Very friendly front counter staff and manager.

My room was not very clean. There was trash in the kitchen cabinets and under the TV table in the bedroom. Also, trash and couch drops or something under the couch cushions when we went to pull out the hyda bed. The evening reception didn't have much for snacks. Other locations do a better job with that.

We stayed here once before, a few months ago, and I initially planned to get a smaller room for a lower price since it was just 2 of us this time... but after 2 hours scouring reviews, I realized I enjoyed our last stay and preferred to pay a little more to not be so anxious. The room was clean and comfortable, the toiletries were nice (I loved the mild scent of the hair and body products), and it was easy to get a good night's rest. Breakfast was just as delicious as I had remembered, with plenty of variety (even for one who can't eat gluten, like myself). The staff we interacted with were courteous.

Literally the only downside this time was parking, because of a convention. This did not impact our stay, only the convenience of parking near the front as opposed to way in the back. It certainly doesn't affect my view of our experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The overall experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly. Beds were cozy. The AC was perfect. Breakfast was top notch. Perfect location. We didn’t have to travel far. We had everything we could imagine. Even our dinner reservation was less than a mile. Definitely coming back.

I liked the hotel itself, the complimentary breakfast, the pool etc.. the first room we got into was a studio and I did not like it at all.. no bathtub, shower tile was pretty dirty and grimy. Bed was right in front of the 2 big windows, no dressers. We were able to switch to a bigger room way more comfortable. Still only had 2 dresser drawers though. And they could add a freezer with the mini fridges.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. One of the main reasons why I chose to stay at Embassy suites. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, the staff was very friendly. Specifically the front desk was amazing as well as the Cleaning Service. But the people in the kitchen could definitely use a little bit of happiness. I will have to say there was one woman there, who was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met in my entire life, and she worked in the area where we ate breakfast. And every morning we came down. She said, good morning to my child and sang a little good morning song - it absolutely made our day. She definitely was an added bonus. The evening drinks were good but no real snacks for the kiddos. The bartender told me that they discontinued that a couple years ago. I did not know that.

There were no snacks during the evening hour where the adults could get drinks. In the past embassy would have fruit and just little finger foods that the kids could munch on, but they don’t do that anymore. The people in the kitchen don’t seem that happy. Except for Sunday, but guy making the omelettes was extremely nice.
