Breakfast was great! Lots of options...yogurt cups, fruit cups, waffles, oatmeal packets, cereal, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs

Pool was closed, but we were never informed before or after we booked. Obviously still under construction. Still had some painters tape up from paint job in our room

The hotel staff (cleaning crew and the front Desk staff and manager with the reddish hair) and groundskeeper, who had a beard. He picked up the trash can outside the La Quinta Hamilton Inn, and set it back up right, again. Then, he took a restaurant trash (litter) cup that was floating around the parking lot - after I picked it up and handed it to him.

The remodeling could Have been finished, in the second-floor hallways. Thanks for your attention to this matter - it must be difficult for you all wait for funding and for the work to be completed, also.

The property itself was great in terms of lay out, color scheme, pool and gym. My husband loved that they had a 24hr gym. My daughter loved the pool. The price was great for the room we got. We got two queen beds and a pull out couch because we brought a family friend with us. The breakfast was alright, but it's what you expect of a hotel breakfast, you know? The staff were friendly enough and helpful. When we come back to Chattanooga I'll probably stay here again.

Realistically the only things I didn't like was the ceiling was missing in some spots in the hallway and some dry wall. I am reasonable, so I figured the hotel was having maintenance, repairs and renovations. It didn't affect our stay or seriously bother us, it was just cosmetically displeasing.

The staff was great. The location was convenient. The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable but I need of attention. (See below) There sectional was great!

If you can look past everything that was in need of repair, the hotel would have be beautiful. The room was very nice but there were things that definitely took away from that. For instance, the vent for the duct work was falling off. The room definitely could have used a better cleaning. There was dust and debri that certainly should have not been there. The hallways of the hotel had work being done on the walls. The dry walls had been patched but were unpainted. There were plug covers that weren't in place. They were sitting on the floor below the plug. These are a few examples.

It's quiet, clean, and unique with the front entrance being a tunnel of water to walk through that opens into the biggest breakfast room/check-in I've ever seen. Good selections for the breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads, cereal, mini fridge items, coffee, juice. Pet friendly hotel with an extra per night fee with differing prices depending on the size of your pet, registered service animals with legal documentation are free. $50 fee for early check-in before 3:00pm, but it was waived for us since they had a busy day of multiple check-ins. Hotel is about 22 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with traffic, not too awful of a commute to do things.

Fake Pet Policy. We were told by mouth at check-in that their "new policy" doesn't allow you to leave pets behind in your room, you have to take them with you when you left the premises. BUT if you look at the pet policy on the hotel website, It says nothing of the sort... And it's not written anywhere in the lobby or on the papers that you sign... We didn't think about it the first day, so we had tailored our entire day to only pet friendly activities, trying to take our dog with us was a hindering mess. If it's not an official written rule, it wouldn't hold up legally, use your discretion like we did the following days of our stay and do what you want until it's a REAL AND WRITTEN RULE. We had no problems.

Me and my two daughters were pleased- they especially enjoyed all the pinks/purples in our room (walls, furniture). We loved the setup of the room. One outlet didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The pool however was not heated. I spoke with staff and they said it stays set at 85 degrees, but the water was VERY cold even for early spring… but there must have been an issue with it as the following morning when we went to the fitness center, the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall we had a lovely time. 8/10

I Loved how spacious the room was!! I could have fit at least 6 people in 1 room. It was visually pleasing and well lit. There was ample separation for the living area and bed area tv to where they could run simultaneously and still feel separate. Location was close to all kinds of activities and food options. The breakfast was phenomenal, the front desk staff super friendly. It was fantastic.

The shower curtain made it impossible to keep the water in while showering but that's such a small thing minor safety issue at best.

I liked how clean the hotel was on the outside and inside. The staff was friendly and understanding. The location was conveniently located to things that were kids friendly, like Sir Gooney's. That breakfast was delicious and had so many varieties! I have a fur baby that I will bring next time. And yes, I will spread the word on the property!

The Internet was not the best. And maybe it was more geography related, but the signal wasn't as strong. And our door was missing from the room. We got the room with the pullout sofa and bed separated. But the door was missing. Also, when the reservation says 4, there are never the correct number of towels and rags to accommodate. This happened at every hotel we stayed at, so I'm assuming that 3 is the cut off normally.

We stayed one night, took the elevator once but used the stairs the rest of the time since our room wasn’t that far from them. The bathroom was adequate, but could use updating. When you walk in the entry is very large and roomy with ample seating. My primary concern was how far it was from our son’s apt.

The hotel was really nice. I stayed in an executive queen room, and it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Room had 2 TVs, which was helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was wonderful for the most part. The hotel looks like it's new or recently updated. Check-in was quick and easy. We had a great stay!

The pool area was nice but too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. It was pretty crowded, but the kids didn't seem to mind. The elevator looked updated but had some signs of wear and tear, probably from the luggage carts.
