The young lady at the front desk (on 4/29/25 around 10am young with glasses)……talk about RUDE AND NASTY! She is hands down why we will not EVER return to this property - too many other options. She seriously needs to be retrained. We were also double charged (still waiting for a return phone call). The air conditioning unit in the room was super loud and one of our lights didn’t work, but it was clean and the location is great.

Location to attractions. Was able to walk and rent bikes to get around the town. Hotel was extremely clean and beautiful.

No hot tub, only valet parking (felt that I could have parked my own car myself in the space provided for valet while still paying the money for parking. Didn’t like having to ask staff several times to get my car and leaving a tip each time.)

Staff are super helpful; rooms are spacious. Like that they have great coffee AND tea options in the room. Plus the liquid creamer, not just that powder. Water pressure and heat in the shower was amazing after a long drive.

It was a little odd, I’m 52, and the bartender carded me. I didn’t notice her card the 30-something’s at the next table. I know I should take it as a compliment, but it did require me going back up to my room to get my license, and I felt awkward.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

See above- the parking costs of $18 and the Pet Fee of $50 was too high for my little 5 pound puppy. I did not pay tht

Beautiful, comfortable room. Loved the vanity area to get ready. Our bathroom door kept sliding open no matter what I did- believe this was due to it being uneven but the bathroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we were easily able to move around furniture in the living room space if needed. We were able to request late check out from the TV screen even. The only downfall really was it’s been a month and I still have yet to receive my hold back from my card of $50.00. Amazing location. Outdoor area was just beautiful and they had a lovely seating area and bar close to the lobby area. I would stay here again for sure!

Did not get my authorization hold back. It is still pending on my card after a month still.

The location was very good for where we were going next. The benefit of having a restaurant in the hotel was worth it. The room was large and very comfortable. I loved the design and decor.

The parking was not free nor included in the booking. When you're tired from traveling all day you do not want to walk from a parking garage, that you pay to park in, with your luggage to your hotel.

Very nice accommodations. Clean and stylish. Staff was very helpful and valet was so easy! Location was convenient for our destination. We didn't get to experience the bar/restaurant but plan on visiting on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again.

My only wish would have been for an indoor pool. I know this is stretch for this location but we have stayed in other hotels in downtown Chattanooga with an indoor pool and it was a definite bonus for the kids. I have no other critique! The rest of the amenities were wonderful.

The location was great! The property was beautiful and the service was impeccable. Cayman (sp) the food & beverage manager was incredible! He made sure our meals and drinks were perfect. Such a nice guy & the girls in the restaurant were amazing. They remembered how we liked our meals after the first day… they were awesome.

Good location. Fairly easy to access. Staff were affable. Room was clean. Window blinds were excellent - kept room dark from bright AM sunlight.

Due to family situation, it had been a number of years since I stayed in a hotel. I was surprised to discover only at check-out that their valet parking (the only parking available) was additional. Just for courtesy sake I would have liked to know in advance how much it was.

Nice hotel, good value, great area

Some customer service reps need a reminder that customers and reviews are HUGE for any company, so go the extra mile in being courteous, thoughtful and non abrasive when dealing with All people. Truly don't know who you may be talking to these days and how a little extra kindness may be beneficial to the company and even the employee(s).
