It was only coffee nothing special

The communication between management and me. Especially when I was told by prior General manager that , I was was allowed to rent rooms again, and that , I've been a good, valued customer, that didn't cause any trouble since August 2022 . Not only did I LOSE my deposit and room i rented that day that was already paid for., I was kicked out and had to go buy another room somewhere else.

I have always had the best customer service from the staff at this location, other places could learn a thing or two from them. It's why I've "stayed" at Stay Express at least 10 times in the last 3 years.

Only negatives I've ever had while staying at this location were due to other rude guests. If you travel with a dog NOBODY is obligated too have to listen to it bark continuously. Your inability to control your animal is what leads properties to ban all pets and people like me to activate your survival instincts when you try to claim it's a service animal...some of us actually know how to identify service animals and tell the difference between them and your BS emotional support carpet pisser.

Okay it sounds like I am gushing about my stay at Stay Express, but honestly, while it is not a top notch Marriott it is superb for a sleep, shower, and go type of motel. Clean, great parking and close to good restaurants, plenty of hot water, nice and quiet, plus you feel safe about yourself and your vehicle. Good comfy beds, tv if you so choose, but it is a great rest stop. The counter personnel are more than friendly and the check in and out process is good. They had coffee for my wife so while it is not breakfast central, i didn't pay for breakfast central. Good good motel at low low prices!!!!

The renovations looked good. I liked that there wasn’t carpeting. The air conditioner worked really well. The bed was just the right amount of firmness. The water pressure in the shower was high and the hot water temp was consistent. The extra USB plugs on the wall was useful. Options on bedside lighting; lamp shades and IKEA type focused lightening on a short gooseneck. The main door has tap cars key access which made it easy to get in, locked immediately when door closed. The door was solid and had an impressive bolt system. Felt safe.

The amount channels on TV. A few more options would have made it better.

Most comfortable bed ever slept in at a motel. Very complimentary colors of furniture and bedding. All nicely matched. Loved the rain shower head. Felt as though I was showering in the rainforest. Table for placing cooler was nice. The sink was beautiful with a lovely faucet easy on and off. The sink drain plug was quite special that flips either way when you press the edge of it to release the water. Loved the shower doors where you don't have to worry about adjusting a shower curtain to keep water from spilling outside. The design on the bathroom door is beautiful. The room overall was quite clean.

The two paintings were quite lovely but were permanently hung upside down in room 268 where I stayed. What knucklehead was hired to do this job!!! The two chairs were nice but the bottoms were very soiled with food and beverage stains. It would have been better to purchase chairs which could be easily wiped down rather than ones made of cloth which require professional cleaning. Many hotel guests could care less about keeping things clean in consideration of the next person coming behind them. The window dressing was nice but it needed to be a tad bit wider to adequately cover the sides of the window. I was traveling alone and felt a little insecure.

The location is nice. A lot of cops patrol around the parking lot so your safe. Plenty of quick food options. The room was newer and the shower was great

The laundry and house keepers don’t speak English. It’s super hard to get fresh towels. The house keepers never stopped by the room while we stayed to check to see if we needed anything or to get trash. We stayed almost a week and not one time was we checked on. We had to carry our own trash to the dump. We also had to carry our dirty towels and linen to the front desk and ask for more. And they would say they didn’t have any or to ask the house keepers which they couldn’t understand you.

The bed and the shower were awesome! Those two alone are worth the money. You do get what you pay for. No frills. There is no coffee pot in the room. But I believe there’s coffee in the office. There is no hair dryer. But there is soap and shampoo. I was confused by there being no carpet in the room but I believe they are still doing renovations.

I am a smoker myself, it was pretty gross to see cigarette butts along the walkways. I adhere to the “leave no trace.” My butts go in the trash. Maybe provide a place for people to discard their butts.

The rooms were clean the comforters were really nice does not have a coffee pot in the room. huge inconvenience i didnt like the concrete floor there was no carpet but the showers were nice and hot stayed hot very long time. not bad price per night

I had an issue with our toilet not being able to flush. my husband and I had contacted the manager who sent maintenance to our room, the problem was assessed and we thought it had been fixed. well a couple hours later we had the same issue. this was in the middle of the night when maintenance was off duty so the women in the office changed us to a different room. she even assisted in moving our belongings with me as i was down with the flu and my husband was at work at this time. We stayed for 2 weeks and hand a wonderful stay. will definitely stay again in the future.

The room had been updated and it was nice.

I started messing with the window shade and it fell down. I turned the heater/air conditioner onto heat and a few minutes later it stopped working. I talked to a staff person about it. I went back to the room and got the unit to produce heat. Eventually a repair man came and told him that I got to work by play with the cord plug. I told him that the plug in needed to be replaced.
