We had an event in Chattanooga to attend, and this was the hotel recommended. We were only staying there one night (checking out by 6:30 am), so I didn’t read much into what was all included. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but he had poke-a-dots on his name tag). He was funny & made us all laugh while checking in. Breakfast was included. I didn’t eat, but the rest of the family said it was good. I ended up calling them back after we got home, because we had left a bag in the room. A lady (I don’t remember her name either 😅) was so nice and tried to help. She had someone check and called me back, and then had someone else check somewhere else, to see if they had found it and called me back again. The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. I liked that they had extra pillows on the bed! It was convenient with all the restaurants close by!

Clean, well kept property on hill. Super nice staff, hot breakfast included, waffles great. Accommodating, cool discounts offered and available. Close to a mall and many restaurants and shopping.

Beds were a harder/firmer than we are used to. Some mold in the shower - in corner by faucet and in the center by soap holder. Pool room was very strong smelling of chlorine and pool had a film on top of water. Breakfast - scrambled eggs sitting in water every morning, no cheese for kids eggs available. Stay was in a more residential area than expected.

Location was good. I have stayed here before many years ago.

I could not get the shower to turn on correctly after trying a while. Also, I paid through a third-party and then I gave a different card for my incidentals and I looked at my credit card that I charge for incidentals and I was charged all over again so I had to go to the front desk and get it straightened out couple of things that need to be ironed out.

The breakfast was a good selection and exceptional quality. The location was not too far from the downtown area and easy to get in and out of. The receptionist, Carrie, was extremely friendly and quick to accommodate our needs upon arriving.

Our room was short on towels and toilet paper upon arrival. Again, Carrie corrected the situation as soon as we texted her.

The complimentary breakfast was really good. They included breakfast items that the kids enjoyed as well. The location is very close to a shopping mall and a few nice restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

They were very busy on the weekend when we stayed there. The breakfast sitting area was crowded and the dining space was limited, but we also waited until later in the morning to eat and the dining time was almost over. So, people were rushing in to eat before they stopped serving The parking was also limited.

The hotel had just been renovated and our room was perfectly done. You can see they have spent a lot of money bringing this hotel up to a great standard, we had a dip in the pool and that was also great too. Good location, comfortable room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast selection. What more could you ask for.

This hotel gets a TRIPLE A PLUS from me for so many reasons!!! It has an awesome entrance !! The hotel is beautifully landscaped both up the hill as you approach and in front of the hotel when you arrive as well. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Our room when we entered had my name on the tv screen saying WELCOME SUSAN with a really cool background in back of that and the room itself was super clean and had very comfortable beds . And the breakfast was delicious. I also loved the outside sitting area right by the indoor breakfast area. This hotel honesty is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. Both inside and out with amazing service!!

Ray at the front evening desk was very helpful and engaging - gave excellent dinner recommendation. Breakfast was just okay - who really eats those premade omelets? Location is excellent for us, second time we has stopped here, we will be returning.

Better breakfast choices would elevate the stay here - everything else is top notch.

The staff was great. We loved the pool being warmer than others we’ve used before. We checked in pretty late (11:30pm) and the lady at the front desk was so sweet to us and our daughter after explaining the nightmare we had at a different hotel.

The only complaint I really have is that there were a lot of drain flies in the pool room and our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. There was hair on the floor and that kinda thing. I brought my own Lysol wipes so it wasn’t a huge concern for ME but 🤷‍♀️ The beds are not very comfortable either but it was fine for a couple nights!

Check-in & out were fast and easy. The room was clean. The AC unit wasn't too loud. TV channel selection was good for just wanting to relax from a busy day.

There was an outside patio outside our room a few floors down and there was a group being extremely loud late into the evening. It was 10:30pm by the time I finally fell asleep, but they were very disruptive to me and my family who had already spent 10+ hours traveling in the car and just wanted to sleep. I would suggest having staff ensure that quite times are being adhered to since the entire point of a hotel is sleeping.
