The room was big. Great location. Friendly staff.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. They give you a voucher, yet you get a bag with fruit, granola bar and a muffin. They habe yogurt at the counter. If you want a hot breakfast you are charged.

THE ROOMS WAS CLEAN VERY NEAT. THE UTILITIES CLEAN EVERYTHING SPOTLESS I LOVE IT.

THE BED AND PILLOW ARE ENTIRELY TO SOFT. IT LITERALLY HURT MY NECK AND BODY. THE TOLIET SEAT TO LOW IN THE BATHROOM. BUT EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. ONLY WISH THEY SERVE BREAKFAST COMPLIMENTARY. THE PRICES TO HIGH. DIDN'T LIKE THE DOG FRIENDLY FOR THIS TYPE OF HOTEL. I HEARD BARKING THREW THE NIGHT. THAT WASN'T GOOD WHEN I WAS PREPARING FOR A FUNERAL THE NEXT MORNING. GREAT ATMOSPHERE BUT COULD USE EXTRA ADVICE TO KEEP TRAVELERS COMING.

The location was great. Central to pretty much everything; super short drive to the mall, Walmart, Trader Joe’s and a variety of restaurants. The room itself was clean and smelled so good. Bed was very comfy and we enjoyed having a cute little couch. The layout was different from most hotels and we loved it.

My only complaint is the side entrance door was pretty wonky. Sometimes the card unlocked it, sometimes it didn’t. There were times when the door didn’t lock at all.

location to restaurants and shopping was great, coffee/tea available at all times, staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do and food locations,

no elevator (we didnt mind) just wanted people to know, breakfast is limited, and you pay extra for whatever you want. trash can outside the side door was over flowing our whole stay (6 days), pillows not the best,

I love how comfortable the beds are, I love the sliding doors to the courtyard. The fitness room is great and I love the staff. I love the location, very close to our favorite stores

This is our second time here this month. We've had very hot weather 85 to 90°. I really wish the pool was open. Also the hallway door on the a wing is broken so we have to park farther away to get to our room

Traveling with two dogs from New Orleans to NY we stop at night and need a hotel that allows pets. The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the highway, The room was very comfortable. King size bed and nice sofa. Breakfast was great. Given that this meets our travel needs we would stay again.

Pet fee too high $75. Lampshades in the room were coming apart. Shower was weak.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice. Fire Pit was nice. The person who checked me in was very nice. The checkout person was not as friendly.

I was put in a room across from the housekeeping /laundry room. I was awakened at 8 AM by open and closing door and carts coming out . I wish they hadn’t put me in that room. 🫤

We were traveling in from Iowa, heading to Florida, and it was our halfway mark to rest and shower . The young lady had great customer service she got our family in around 1, and we were able to rest some and shower to check around 8pm the same night.

Great stay besides bedding we could only use sheets as the comforters had stains and didn't look washed

As soon as I walked in I smell the cleanliness of the bldg and got better when I walk in I see nice lounge or waiting room ..They had all the goodies. Wifi ,nice furniture,ice maker ,gym, laundry room and a good spot to sit on in and outside with a pool to cool off...To me it was a 10/10 ...100 % guaranteed by me and maybe bunch of other people as well...will see ya next time around 🙏

The hotel was very friendly and even let us check in early without charging us an extra fee. I loved the location since it's right next to a lot of food and a huge shopping mall. The rooms were pretty clean and bed was pretty comfy. They have a pool as well but I didn't get to checkout it out. The pantry is a nice alternative to a vending machine and seems pretty stocked.

I didn't like that there were no elevators and only stairs. It's not a that bad since it's only 2 floors but still after a long day of walking it's not fun. The TV also is pretty bad. I have twin toddlers and there was no kids channels. Plus the channels you had to choose from for Adults weren't the greatest either.
