Rooms were cozy, beds so comfy I didn't want to get up! Felt very clean and quiet.

Whoever was working the restaurant/bar..was sitting at the bar and it appeared no one was working. Wondered around looking for someone working the bar... when he stood up he didn't even say 1 single word the entire time, I had to acknowledge I'd like something...tried to make conversation..no response. Just gave me my drink..handed me the check..then went back to kitchen and a girl came in and took over. I tipped her even though she didn't do anything but bring me my change. Just very uninviting to the point I didn't order anything else.

The room was infiltrated with a lot of ladybugs. We had to change rooms and that room had ladybugs. I aate breakfast and approximately 30 minutes later I had stomach pains and ended up spending Christmas eve and beyond in the hospital. The hotel management staff stated they would take off one night of room charges for all the inconvenience but, later stated they did not know how to do the transaction because the General manager was not there at time of checkout. They failed to reach out to me since that date.

They could have told us about the infestation of ladybugs upon on our arrival to premises.

I loved the area it was in. The staff were very sweet and gave us anything extra we needed with no problem. Very clean and well kept. Loved the stay and would recommend. Will be staying there again if we ever need somewhere in Chattanooga!

I loved everything except they didn’t have a few things restocked but when we asked for what we needed that gave to us with no problem :)

The hotel was clean, in good condition, and the heated pool was actually heated. It has been my experience, when hotels list that, it is usually not true. Beds were comfy with nice, white bedding. Shower is huge and lovely.

I rented 2 rooms. 1 for myself and one for a friend. They put a $500 hold on my credit card for incidentals. That much money being held on my card made me very nervous during my stay. One of the rooms had leftover food and condiments from the previous people, too. No hot tub. Us older people like those instead of a pool. No breakfast included.

Everything was clean, my son really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was really neat with the lights in the water at night, plenty of seating and towels for drying off.

The parking is very awkward, there was zero variety for drinks at the store area in the lobby, they had a bar area with no bartender or available staff working that area to get a soda or drink or anything. People were wanting to hang out in that area, but lights were off… so people were gathered in the dark at tables.

The bed was super comfortable. And the air quality in the room was perfect. Also like the fact there were dispenser full of shower gel shampoo conditioner and lotion which came in handy. Good quality.

The front desk people were very friendly, and helpful, the room was very comfortable. The owner was nice and asked for our opinion about our stay himself, so he is very hands on, and will make any wrong right..

Their computer system wasn't showing that I prepaid, there was miscommunication problem between the booking site and the hotel that could be better. Someone came into our room while we were gone and used our bathroom. They had moved stuff around and there was "stuff" on the toilet seat when we returned.

They need to bring back the complimentary breakfast also put microwaves in the room also repair the ice makers I had to go to three different floors to find an ice machine the parking a inconvenience because of the ravine that you have to walk around just to get back inside the building once you park

The facility was nice everything was clean management was nice

The room, staff, and location were great.

The location is okay. There needs to be better signage off the main street. It's really bad when traveling at night time.

The hotel was nice very clean. The bed was comfortable. They offered me a cookie at check-in 🙂.

The WiFi was acting a little funny but wasn’t horrible.
