The manager and Willie were wonderful. I had an issue with Booking.com. I booked for the wrong date and once we got there we did get it straightened out thanks to the manager. They have a Social Hour on Mondays Tuesday and Wednesday. After a long day of driving from Florida to Chattanooga the beer and wine was very welcomo and totally unexpected…. Breakfast in the morning was the best I’ve ever had. Staybridge really knows how to do it!!!! The kitchen area was completely stocked for cooking!!!! We highly recommend Staybridge suites!!! They are going to first we’re looking for a hotel !

The toilets in the room we stayed in was very low. My husband is 6’2” and had a very hard time sitting down and getting up. They need at least a grab bar of not replacing the toilets for taller ones.

Everything down to the staff (The gentleman with glasses checked us in & was there the next day) his hospitality was definitely on point! And the young lady who worked our last day was very sweet and helpful.

Older woman who worked the front desk on 1/18 at night was rude as rude gets. She was more focused on conversation with a long time friend than accommodating actual customers. After 10 pm the main doors are supposed to be locked and only gain entrance with key or button press, well the friend who wasn’t a guest had entry all night which was weird and I only knew bc I was doing laundry at the time after waiting 20 minutes to even be acknowledged to purchase the soap. Once acknowledged she rudely tried rushing me to continue her conversation.

Very nice hotel! The staff was A+! They were all so friendly, polite, and professional. We didn’t have a tv remote upon arrival and a staff member brought one right up to us when we called downstairs. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge with an ice maker was nice. It was also nice to have utensils and cups in the room. The location is close to restaurants, the mall, and a lot of other store and fast food drive throughs. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would also stay here again if we visit Chattanooga again!!

My favorite part of the property was the hot breakfast bar ! Having a hot meal to enjoy with the kids before we started our busy days touring , walking , and hiking all day was absolutely key ! Getting to sit down and have a real breakfast together instead of the typical complimentary breakfast of granola bars and junk like honey buns was amazing! I will definitely be using Staybridge for future trips just for this reason alone ! The indoor pool is the other main reason we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint either ! The first couple days were gloomy and rainy and the pool was great for that reason alone !

The beds are super comfy! Loved the breakfast, especially on bacon days!! I really appreciated the free washers and dryers for our use. That was extremely helpful and convenient.

There wasn’t any one thing that I disliked. I will say that some of the night staff was less than friendly, and in some cases, sarcastic, and gave off a superior attitude even when I went out of my way to be friendly which I shouldn’t have to do but did based on prior experiences.

The breakfast was great and they had different things every morning. The little kitchen in the room was very handy! The shower and toilet were separate from the bathroom sink which was very nice! The pool was great every time we would go it would only be us in the pool which was good for my daughter.

There was some loud people on our floor and they would come in late at night and just be talking very loud while we were trying to get our daughter to sleep. The restaurant outside our room window has the brightest light ever and I shined right in our room. The hotel must be near a fire station because it was every night and sometimes during the day we would see and hear fire trucks.

The hotel was wonderful but the best part was the service we received. The concierge was amazing and I wish I would have gotten his name. We got in late and there was no handicap parking available up front so I asked if there was another entrance that may have handicap parking near an entrance. He told me where it was and then met us at the entrance to make sure we got in okay. He brought us a luggage cart, held the door for us, and sat with our belongings while we got our kids brought upstairs because we couldn’t all fit on the elevator with the luggage cart. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The night staff wasn’t very friendly, and they have never been friendly. I recognized the gentleman from before, and he has never been nice.,He doesn’t make you feel very welcome when checking in, and since that’s the only time I usually interact with staff, it’s important. When I asked for a late checkout, he assumed I wasn’t a rewards member, and told me no. When I informed him that I was, he acted shocked. I don’t look forward to checking in because of his attitude. The rest of the stay was lovely though.

Very clean, loved the room set-up… felt very cozy and well put together and made it very convenient for my partner whom is visually impaired and he was able to get around with ease! Will most likely return when we are in Chattanooga for Dr visits with his team of doctors he must see

We couldnt find the hot tub. We found the pool which was nice but we prefer the hot tub, as it is beneficial with his health ailments.

- Location is fairly close to chattanooga. - Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the free beer and snacks. - I appreciate the laundry facilities, and the kitchen area which helps save costs. - Everyone was very polite and courteous.

Pool wasn't clean. There was trash in it, like snack wrappers and cigarettes. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like tobacco. Elevator is very loud and creepy.
