The rooms and building were well kept and very clean. Our very spacious king bedroom was very comfortable and had a full sized refrigerator, spacious closet and was very quiet. We never heard anyone through the walls or doors. There was a very nice fire pit near the front door and a gas grill you could use to cook on, also near the front door, as were benches and chairs.

The attending front desk staff member was exceptionally accommodating and professionally knowledgeable when we checked in our ADA certified hearing aid dog. She even gave us a room designed to hearing impaired travelers, which made it easy for my husband and the dog function independently.

It was a good experience, but a little bit confusing to find because this hotel was right behind another Marriott Hotel.

The room was comfortable

The staff charged me a smoking fee because they said my teenagers clothes smelled like smoke. But the policy says the rooms are non-smoking and no one smoked in the room which is all that matters. They said they will give me a refund but I'm banned from the property because I left my teenagers 16, 17, and 18 unsupervised for a few hours which isn't against the law. My girls were doing tik toks and the office said we're to loud but when they asked them to be quiet they did and went to bed.

Located close to the attraction we were there to do. Breakfast was okay, but convenient. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Nobody checked our room for cleaning after we left for the day. It was after 2pm, but still if you "can't check-in" before 3pm someone should have checked and cleaned our room.

Clean friendly staff.

We were on the 1st floor close to lobby, around 3:30 am loud talking started and continued until I gave up sleeping and got up😒. They were doing something with the ice machine, probably getting ready for breakfast.

Clean, conveniently located by the I75 on our route to Florida. And the pillows are so comfortable! The indoor pool was great for the kids to stretch after a long drive. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful!

Basically everything….staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and just an overall good experience!

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower in the bathroom had a very slow drain, but besides that the room and surrounding area were good!!

The free breakfast along with having a kitchenette in the room was great for a family with 2 children. The staff was amazing.

The bathroom needed a little more detailed attention but over was ok.

Everything was great, staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

Only thing was air was off every time we came back in for the day. Must be on a timer.

The room was nice and clean.

The attitude of the staff member that checked me in. I had some questions and he seemed irritated that he had to answer them. He was not at all pleasant.
