Location,is excellent with short walk to restaurants and bars and shuttle bus stops (aquarium to Choo Choo all free). Breakfast not bad tbh but no gluten free options. Coffee machine good but often no creamers unless ask. Instant pancakes were apparently ok.... Indoor pool nice and warm, laundry machines are good value

Some staff not very friendly, just standard patter with no feeling or willing to assist.beyond answering monotone.

The facility was nice, everything was very clean. the beds were extremely comfortable. the staff made sure I got my requested adjoining rooms. the breakfast was great.

One of the reasons we came was because of the indoor heated pool for my grandkids to enjoy. My only complaint I have is that chlorine was so strong that it irritated the kids eyes. And the smell was so strong. Also, we could have used some more USB outlets available.

Nice clean modern comfortable hotel. Really enjoyed the stay. Food was very good. Reception very helpful. Good parking. A lovely bedroom with lots of space , charging points and plugs.

A bit of a walk to Downtown but easily managed. There is room perhaps to make more of the Lounge area(where breakfast is held). It is a bit lost as an area to relax in, in the evening. WiFi a bit spotty.

Breakfast was fair, cold eggs, just fair cheese omelet, good cinnamon rolls, loved the juice machine. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV worked great. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave oven in my room. I do wish the bath towels were a little bigger as I'm a bigger guy.

Breakfast could have been better but other than that, great stay, location, and clean room!

The location was perfect. Breakfast was good and the lady restocking items was super friendly and helpful. We didn't have any issues and no real complaints.

The black out curtain is too far from the windowpane to block all the exterior light so the room didn't get dark. My husband didn't think the bed was very comfortable, but I didn't mind it.

I haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn for a long time, so I was pleased to see how lovely and clean it was. It was a luxurious experience. We also loved the location as there were so many wonderful restaurants within a very short distance. The breakfast was much better than what we typically have had in the recent past.

Everything was fine until we moved the long chair in the room and found a pair of men’s boxers underneath 😞

The fact that once moving the long chair in the room there was some men boxers underneath was quite disgusting. The morning clerk didn’t sound to concerned & didn’t try to make it right she only stated she will speak with the executive housekeeping person while saying well I’m sorry and thanks for letting us know. Yea what a response Smh

We really appreciate Marquita's help at the front desk. We were one night there during our road trip in December and everything was great, so we knew that we will repeat. One week later we were there again. This time they didn't find our reservation with Booking, but Marquita set up everything even they were almost sold out.. It is a nice hotel, clean, nice rooms, nice services, ...

Breakfast time was crowdy. No waffles. Not a lot of tables for so many people.

The location and price , surprised by how clean and cozy it was, the breakfast was very good.

Some of the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly.

Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and good! Parking is free and convenient. We checked in with no problems. .

We checked in with no problems. Went to bed. At midnight someone (with a key!) opened our door, turned on the lights, saw us & left. The next day we were told they had no record of us checking in so they booked our room, again.
