Good location, very clean, all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, room wonderfully dark which allowed for blissful sleep.

Housekeeping seldom serviced my room before 4pm which was somewhat irritating to come back to. While they did a good job cleaning nothing was replenished over my five night stay .

Great location for family reunion. Restaurants and common areas were ideal for group gatherings. Easy access to downtown and the riverboat cruise dock. Hotel shuttle service ran regularly, providing convenient access to downtown amenities.

Parking lot and valet area were congested. Hotel lobby bar and restaurant closed too early for a Saturday night. Too far to walk to downtown museum and riverfront after dark.

Everything was very clean. There was no musty odor in the room and it was very convenient to our purpose for coming to Chattanooga

The access to get into the hotel. There as limited area for check in parking and several parked cars with no one in them. It was raining so we had to wait awhile.

We love staying downtown when we travel to Chattanooga for the cheerleading competition. The restaurant, market, and convenience make for a fun, easy weekend getaway.

The restaurant was understaffed but that's everywhere right now. Also, queen beds would have made the stay for our family of 4 much more comfortable.

Location and staff were great. Fully stocked bathroom was amazing. Bedding was fantastic, and the tv was of good quality. Sound proofing was great because we didn’t hear the neighbors.

1. Parking fee. 2. It would’ve been nice to get a complementary pot of coffee from your kitchen (upon request), Instead of the only option available in the room for 1 cup per guest.

Connected right to the convention center. Valet was quick and friendly. Great location for restaurants. AC was quiet. Room was pretty nice and quiet the whole stay.

Water in room was only lukewarm/hot, no cold water in room for some reason. Wish there was a microwave in room. Ac wasn't very cold. Bed wasn't super comfy.

Valet team is excellent. Front desk friendly and efficient.

The room cleaning service was not very good. Did not clean the toilet for three days, the bed was made but sort of sloppy. Room service was pretty good but your menu is very limited and not that great.

Room and location were nice, staff was friendly. Coffee area downstairs was convenient.

Air conditioning in our room didn’t cool below 70 the entire time even with closing the curtains and darkening the room. It wasn’t miserable but it was somewhat uncomfortable.

The bathroom door is an opaque window basically so if you have children that like the door cracked to sleep this is like having the door wide open. Made for a rough night when I like it dark to sleep but they need a little light.

I love the parking situation.. I loved the pool and the elevator and the bar with live music.. I absolutely love the little car in the entrance way.. I loved the breakfast and the view..

The pool walk way was so hot it burned my feet. My bathroom door broke.
