Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Have to pay to park your own car there at your hotel. I think it is stupid you are already paying good amount to stay there and then pay to park.

the staff was incredibly friendly and personable, and the rooms/beds/bathrooms were great, location was perfect too - so really no complaints at all (except an underwhelming breakfast, but that's pretty standard these days unfortunately so i don't hold it against the hotel).

didn't really enjoy breakfast - the eggs were standard hotel eggs, but the potatoes and canadian bacon were (imo) inedible, or as my mom used to say "not worth the calories" - and there weren't any exciting or truly tasty options, just the unfortunately standard hotel breakfast fare -- but that's why i don't really hold it against the hotel, i'm just saying.

A beautiful new hotel. The bed and shower were excellent. A wonderful view of the mountains from the room. The room had automated window shades, with a sheer and blackout mode available.The front desk was friendly and attentive. The parking valets were helpful. They assisted me with loading and unloading my luggage. There is a nice area for eating breakfast. It was in walking distance to the convention center.

I don't mind paying for parking, but I would have liked it to be a little bit more obvious about that on the website. If you check out when everyone else does, you may need to add some extra time to your morning schedule (there were several of us there for a conference). The valet process will take a little time if there is a line.

Parking: the valet option isn’t necessary and just a complication; for the non-valet it’s a pain to sort out payment. It frustrates me when businesses, like this, don’t take cash. The gym is not listed as a facility on the booking, it wasn’t mentioned at check in, and was rather hidden away, so I didn’t use it and on it saw it in the way out. That’s a pity.

Clean, quiet, brand new, super comfortable beds, spacious room, great location right near Choo Choo, cafes, bakeries and downtown walkability. Friendly staff.

Watch your billing and make sure you ask about parking fees, which were automatically added to our bill although we did not use the valet. Front desk reversed charges. Plenty of mobile all-day spots out front, approximately $4 for 2 hours starting at 8am-6pm.

The "valet parking" system is very confusing. The hotel has a big, almost empty parking lot. So the valet basically moved my car 20 feet to park it. Unnecessary. It would be clearer to just charge $22 a night to park in the lot rather than put an unnecessary valet between me and my car.

The location was good. It would be good to add some non dairy milk for the coffee.

There was no soap in our room and when we went downstairs to get some we were told there wasn't any. Something to do with a late shipment but someone should have gotten some until you got it. More hooks in the bathroom.

Bed was comfortable, Very Clean..loved the big screen TV, roomy bathroom/shower

Water pressure in sink very slow Would prefer a Keurig Coffee Pot, coffee was tasteless Didn't care for the bacon and potatoes were very spicy for a breakfast & Parking for $22.00 was outrageous...glad we came on a Sunday...free parking at the curb

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We felt very welcome and were recognized when we returned after an evening out. We stayed in four different hotels during our short trip to three cities in Tennessee and this hotel was the best.

We ate breakfast around 8:30 and some of the items could have been a little bit warmer.

Me and my daughter stayed here during ice/snow so we could be close to erlanger hospital my husband is in the ICU there. It was a great place to stay and the staff are great. But the manager will go out of her way to make sure your stay is great. I highly recommend!!!
