The location was superb! Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was fantastic. Only wish there were more meat choices like turkey bacon or chicken sausages.

The wood floors were gorgeous BUT they are not senior citizens friendly. The rolling office chair was very difficult to get in and out of for a senior citizen as there was no carpet to grip the wheels to hold it steadily. Very dangerous for an 80 year old. Also would have been nice to have a sitting chair next to the sofa in the suite rooms. The parking spots were VERY tight and hard to navigate as they ended at a dead end and hard to turn around

Pretty good breakfast as included hotel breakfasts go, and super friendly staff. There were even loaner umbrellas that came in handy.

During the time it took to get our things out of the car (which we parked in temporary parking) and get to the front desk, someone checked in using the app and snagged the room which we were told was ready and available. We had to find something to do for several hours before they had another room ready. If a room is indicated as available to a guest already on site, there needs to be a way to lock it down so someone using the app cannot take it.

Great location in the downtown area. Close to river and walkable restaurants. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite decent. I had the corner queen balcony suite, which was VERY spacious inside.

My ONLY downside to this stay was not being aware of how noisy the balcony would be (given the location) in the mornings/afternoons for rush hour. I have stayed at Hamptons with outside balconies but never had one this noisy. So the price point for a room with a balcony was way too much for the inability to enjoy the balcony...outside of 9pm-11pm.

I requested a room with a balcony when booking and had an email stating it was accommodated. When we arrived it did not have a balcony. I didn't know it was a particular room that needed to be booked. But the lady when we went to check out made up for it and that was very appreciated. She explained that it was a different room that needed to be booked that comes with the balcony. We will book correctly next time. The room was quieter than others I had stayed at and that was nice. We will book again.

Not enough pillows and the ones we had were to soft for my liking.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We got all checked in, found the EV charger and connected for a bit. (We have free charging with Electrify America, so we didn't stay charging for very long) we walked around and took in the shops. We then stopped for dinner. The next morning we walked down to the river. It was really lovely. That area is just beautiful.

We were only there for one night, and everything worked out quite well.

The hotel is in the center of the town, which means you can walk to the aquarium, the zoo, the river front, restaurants, convenience stores. Breakfast is good, there are a lot of options. Waffle makers, cereal bar, warm food, juice machine, coffee options. The lobby bar is also good, it does close at 10pm.

The bathroom didnt have a fan, so for a family of 3 staying in a room, it made the bathroom extra steamy. We asked for extra pillows, there wasnt any. We asked for extra towels, we were told they would be sent up, we never received them. TO BE FAIR- the hotel on this particular weekend was COMPLETELY BOOKED! They had 3 large parties staying onsite.

The staff was amazing! A hotel down the street advertised an indoor pool but didn’t have one operating, so we were able to switch hotels the next day and everyone at Hampton was SO nice. They let us swim (our kids) while we waited for our room to be ready. They helped us get two rooms right across form each other. We needed more conditioner and it was bright up immediately. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful time.

Maybe the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was perfectly located walking distance from attractions. My kids loved the pool!!! Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken the first day we stayed and it made for long waits. It was repaired the next day so all was well.

I always stay here and really like the breakfast and the easy assessibility to where I need to be. The front desk staff is very efficient.

Upon check in, I went directly to my room. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned-- one bed was messy and not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and explained my situation and they immediately moved me to another room. My stay ended up being awesome.

the pool was nice and warm, fun for the kids. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well stocked with anything you need for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was okay. Lots of options although there were no breakfast potatoes and little options for vegans or someone who likes to eat veggies with their meal.
