The Staff were outstanding. They were making the best of the renovation going on in the building. Very helpful, informative, and professional yet friendly. Seemed to know the city and what was happening around it. Made excellent suggestions for activities and dining options.

The restaurant staff at dinner left a little to be desired as far as service went. The waitress forgot my wife's vegetables that went with her salmon dinner. When she finally brought them to her, my wife had finished her salmon. Her service was very slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. She had to be reminded of what we had ordered. The salmon wasn't very tasty, sort of dry and bland. My sandwich was just OK. It didn't quite make it over the top, but still edible. They also had run out of a beer I ordered. I was able to substitute another one.

Great Stay in Chattanooga! I had a great experience during my stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great view. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the fridge and phone in the room didn’t work, but it didn’t take away too much from the stay. I’d still come back!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the desk staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast was the only thing we didn't like because, being British, and preferring continental to cooked, we couldn't serve ourselves and found the choices a bit confusing and not to our taste. We were in a top floor room which at times exhibited a loud knocking either from pipes or lift but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Was close to everything! Great location and the balcony was a fantastic bonus. Food for breakfast was great and fresh. Staff was helpful and very kind and professional. There was an outdoor patio with a fire and lights. Perfect hotel for a couples or family stay.

Cars outside were loud at all hours. Being on a main road and downtown it was expected. Parking was on the other side of the building.

Location is great. Stayed here twice before. Very close to everything- AMC movies, aquarium, riverfront walk, eateries, etc. Plenty towels and lighting. Fast check out also. The bistro has great breakfast, big portions and a tad pricey.

The wall air unit did not cool entire room successfully. Unless you were sleeping in bed next to unit, it was stuffy for my taste.

The free breakfast was great, just wasn't enough. Expected buffet. The Jacuzzi was wonderful.

The ice machine on several floors didn't work. Had to always go to front desk. No microwave in room to heat food. If you didn't get coffee before or after a certain time, you were out of luck. The bathroom lights were really dim. Not bright at all. I washed a load of clothes my first night, the person never came back to get their clothes out of the dryer. I ended up hanging clothes in the bathroom. Only 1 floor had washer and dryer that worked.

close to the aquarium and the flea market that Memorial Day weekend was just perfect. walking downtown and all the restaurants and the novelty store moon pies, made our weekend. will come back to this place again.

was a little upset that it was 3:00 and our room was not available. but I realized that it is hard to find help anywhere. so I understand that hotels is short staff, do not take it out on the employees they do whatever they need to keep us happy. me and my friend decided to walk the strip and when we got back it was available.

Decent breakfast and great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice showers and comfortable beds. Nice staff and lobby is attractive. Starbucks coffee is available

Breakfast voucher only for 1 person and parking not included but extra. Need 4 pillows for bed instead of 3. Drinking water not close enough to room. Some free water would be nice.

Location was great, close walking to alot of attractions and restaurants. Also located next to the free shuttle. Bed was nice and comfortable, as well as the round couch/chair. Staff was super friendly.

I don't really have anything negative to say about our stay. The only downfall to visiting Chattanooga is that none of the hotels in downtown have their own parking lot, so expect to pay extra fees for a parking garage.

Beautiful property and location - right in the middle of everything! Guest service was also excellent!

The breakfast is good, but very simple. The pool is nice, but small it was also being worked on during the day so couldn’t use it until later in the evening both nights.
