The Staff were outstanding. They were making the best of the renovation going on in the building. Very helpful, informative, and professional yet friendly. Seemed to know the city and what was happening around it. Made excellent suggestions for activities and dining options.

The restaurant staff at dinner left a little to be desired as far as service went. The waitress forgot my wife's vegetables that went with her salmon dinner. When she finally brought them to her, my wife had finished her salmon. Her service was very slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. She had to be reminded of what we had ordered. The salmon wasn't very tasty, sort of dry and bland. My sandwich was just OK. It didn't quite make it over the top, but still edible. They also had run out of a beer I ordered. I was able to substitute another one.

Staff was very friendly. Bartender was doing multiple jobs (bartending and cooking all food ordered), front desk was nice and accommodating, instructions on parking and where places were was easily navigated. Also, it was in a super convenient location. We ended up going to the aquarium since we were so closely located. I liked that I could sign into my personal Netflix on the tv

No free breakfast 🤷‍♀️ but the breakfast offered was cooked to order.

The room was spacious and crispy clean! The lemon water in the lobby was phenomenal! The pool was fun! The team was amazing! The fireplace in the courtyard was a relaxing touch! We were able to walk to the aquarium, the science center, mellow mushroom and Ben & Jerry’s! (With my two sons, one in a stroller!)

There were tiles that fell off the pool side onto the stairs while my sons and I were swimming.

Clean midscale hotel, in easy walking to many downtown destinations including the Aquarium and many restaurants. The bar is minimal, probably typical for a Courtyard, and only snacks and soft drinks in coolers. There was a nice courtyard with a firepit for hanging out.

I thought it was a little high priced for the type of property. Maybe it is the going rate in Chattanooga downtown.

Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff especially Dennis at the front desk. Easy to unload your luggage outside in dedicated drop off zone then park your car in the multi storey carpark right next door where there is dedicated parking for guests staying at the hotel.

Nothing, it suited our stay perfectly. We didn’t use the pool or gym so can’t comment on that.

Housekeeping could have been better. Had to keep asking for service. Cleaning ladies understood no English but really bothered that when they did come to the room, they opened the door on several occasions not giving us time to answer. We were asleep or in the bathroom. So really the only issue was housekeeping. Everything else was phenomenal!

Great Stay in Chattanooga! I had a great experience during my stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great view. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the fridge and phone in the room didn’t work, but it didn’t take away too much from the stay. I’d still come back!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the desk staff were extremely helpful.

Breakfast was the only thing we didn't like because, being British, and preferring continental to cooked, we couldn't serve ourselves and found the choices a bit confusing and not to our taste. We were in a top floor room which at times exhibited a loud knocking either from pipes or lift but it didn't disturb our sleep.

Was close to everything! Great location and the balcony was a fantastic bonus. Food for breakfast was great and fresh. Staff was helpful and very kind and professional. There was an outdoor patio with a fire and lights. Perfect hotel for a couples or family stay.

Cars outside were loud at all hours. Being on a main road and downtown it was expected. Parking was on the other side of the building.

Location is great. Stayed here twice before. Very close to everything- AMC movies, aquarium, riverfront walk, eateries, etc. Plenty towels and lighting. Fast check out also. The bistro has great breakfast, big portions and a tad pricey.

The wall air unit did not cool entire room successfully. Unless you were sleeping in bed next to unit, it was stuffy for my taste.
