Our stay was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous and full of fantastic history and elegance. The general manager Merrily went out of her way to make my husband's birthday special and personally went out of her way to do something sweet upon check in. I highly recommend this the walking bridge is so fun and so much to walk around too and enjoy such a vibrant booming city. We will definitely be back and I cannot not enough amazing things about this hotel just do yourself a favor and book it!

Only one thing that could have been better was the shower to be a lot hotter but other than that… It was perfection. So much detail and art and beauty and glam!

The breakfast was good and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The rooms were very comfortable.

The room had several issues including a slow bathroom drain in the sink, a broken hand-held shower handle, and the refrigerator was not plugged in upon arrival (I plugged it in and water spilled all over the floor from the fridge drain). Additionally, the rooftop restaurant had only bar food and in my opinion should have included one or two main courses for those who did not wish to go elsewhere for a full dinner.

The hotel was very luxurious. The room was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The bed was large and comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark while sleeping. They have great restaurants with delicious food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is in a beautiful location on the river near lots of shops, restaurants, and venues.

We had a small incident regarding our bill, after we did the check out. The case was quickly managed and corrected after a short call with their management. One was the Valet service and the second with Whitebird restaurant’s breakfast.

The hotel itself is vibrant and eye-catching. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and venues. The staff is friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to be helpful. (which is why I am giving this hotel the level of review that I am)

The restaurant on property was not impressive. The menu offerings are limited and overpriced. Also, the service does not meet the price. There are “reusable” water bottles in the room which are nothing more than basic plastic bottles which you are encouraged to refill and use during your stay….? Tacky. I had to buy water at a nearby store. The only viable parking option is valet unless you want to park along the street, if you can even find a spot, and you are likely to be several blocks away.

The dining service on Sunday we've was a horror show......unbelievable for a high quality establishment. REduclulously long wait for a drink (12 hour) and the food was missing ingredients (no asparagus in the salmon "pasta" which was really a grain), so they finally brought me a side dish of asparagus. Ho salt or pepper available. Just a comedy of errors.

The pillows weren’t comfy for me and the rooms need to be more sound deadened - especially the end rooms like we were in. We heard so much road noise

Close to river. Super clean rooms. Wonderful atmosphere. Shower head was so nice. I could have stood under it for a long time. Gave purell wipe to clean things off. Coffee bar was well stocked.

Had some noisy people above us and loud families walking down the hall at one point. Towels are so thin, I swear I could see through a couple of them.

Such a nice property but cheap toilet paper—-come on guys—-try going to Costco and buy some decent TP! You cut the corner on the soap—-so use some of that savings on the TP!

The hotel was great but The Whiskey Thief bar on the top floor has great views but is let down by unattentive staff (they were very polite when you did get their attention)
