The breakfast was very nice with a decent variety of options to choose from. The location was great since we visited the convention center, which was within walking distance.

There was a live roach in the bathroom of our room. The coffee maker did not function properly. The lights to the room did not work upon arrival. The front desk staff upon checkout was a bit rude. The site did not mention that you were unable to access the parking lot without checking in first. This requires you to find street parking & then walk to the entrance.

The location's the best! We just walk across the street for our event. Every time we go back from exploring the area, we exit the highway and it is right there😍 Great full on breakfast. Kitchen size is awesome, especially the full size refrigerator.

The laundry facility needs work as soon as. Only 1 out of 3 washing machine is working. The first one has been out for the whole week we were there. There was no USB plugs. Suggestion: Change the alarm clock and get one with USB plugs

We enjoyed the daily breakfast. It had a lot to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. We liked that we could fix light meals in the room, which really helped with our costs.

The room and the bathroom were a little tight. It was challenging to cook two things at one time. We would have liked to have an oven to cook with. The couch in the room was pretty uncomfortable, probably because it had been used quite a bit.

The shower was super hot, even at it's lowest level it was very hot and if I tried to turn it any lower it would stop. Booking.com said check in was 3, the sign on their wall said 3, but when we got there we were told check in is 4 and we had to wait around

We slept well...the room was comfortable and quiet, although the air never seemed to quite cool the room as well as it could have. Breakfast was terrific, lots of options. The staff was nice, this is in a good location, and the facility is in pretty good shape.

I had to go downstairs multiple times because 1. We didn’t have any towels and 2. We didn’t have any sheets for the couch pullout bed. Lastly the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well because there was long black hair all over the bath tub and sink and no one in my family has long hair let alone has black hair.

We loved they offered a 2 bedroom option for our large family. Location is fantastic! We could walk to almost everything. We will be back.

Like most hotels cleanliness is questionable. We had a kitchenette with dishes. One of the cups still had lipstick on it. I washed it in the sink and all is well.

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip. Breakfast was amazing and access to coffee throughout the day was perfect!

The room was pretty clean, however there were some bowls in the microwave that were not cleaned. The bathroom seemed to have a leak coming from the floor above. I did let the front office know. Sofa had rips in the cushions

It isn’t the fault of the motel but each year we’ve visited, there are so many teenagers who monopolize the pool and spa area. there’s no way to get in there. on a giant positive note, we did explain this to the front desk host and she told us she would let us have a full hour by ourselves once the area was officially closed and all teens had gone to their rooms. we were so grateful. Breakfast can be tricky too depending on behavior but f teens and children. local area is a bit scary in places and has strong urine smell. Price seemed high at almost $600 for two nights

I went to Chattanooga for a race and the location of the hotel was perfect! It is also situated within about a mile of most places, so it's a very walkable area. The female staff were all very cheerful and helpful. The man working at the front desk on check out seemed less than interested in helping. Luckily, we had the ladies at check in and it set a wonderful tone for the stay. There is gated parking in the rear of the hotel which was very nice. There was capability to cook and/or refrigerate for longer stays. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bed has seen better days. It had noticeable springs. The couch was also not very comfortable. The pillows are also standard hotel pillows, which are so soft that they become about and inch thick when you lay on them.
