Parking was onsite and for the hotel only. Although we had to pay for it, it was definitely convenient!!! The front staff were very nice and helpful. I liked the idea that they offered a water and warm cookie!

I marked a lower rating for how quiet our room was but it was more because the families that were occupying the room next to us and across the hall. Not much we could have done about it. If we were staying there more than one night we would brought it to someone's attention and maybe asked for a different room. Not a huge problem.

The property’s location in the downtown area is perfect for short walks to attractions like the children’s museum and aquarium along with plenty of dining options.

The front desk seemed short staffed the entire time we were there (only two nights) - there was a wait each and every time anything was needed and only one person working the front desk which seems odd for such a large hotel.

We enjoyed the room, the view from the room and the beds. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Cait checked us in and was very helpful at that time and the next day. We especially enjoyed the cookies. The downtown location was excellent and there was convenient parking.

We occasionally had a bit of a wait on the elevators. We had some difficulty finding the restaurant for breakfast, but found it.

air conditioner in the room was incredible! if you’re like me and you like a cold room when you sleep, their AC was the best hotel AC I’ve ever had! shower head was also nice and had good water pressure

Wasn’t super clean - There was a large clump of black hair on the window blinds in our room, the shower seemed like it could use a good scrub. elevator also broke on our first day and wasn’t fixed during our stay, so we had to hike 8 flights of stairs 2 days because the elevator wait was too long with kids

Great location! Our room was clean and even though it was very close to the elevator, we were thankful it was still very quiet! Awesome stay for our family weekend trip. Will definitely stay again!

A little annoying you have to pay extra for breakfast or join Hilton honors for free wifi

The room was perfect except for the view. I would have preferred the city view. Other than that, it could not have been better. We had breakfast included and it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and friendly staff.

A little dusty in the rooms and no trash bags in any of the trash cans. Beds were a little too hard for me. However, I know beds are a variety of preferences for us all. Also breakfast was 20 dollars with not much of a variety. Definitely not worth it and for the price of the stay it shouldn’t be nearly that much money.

I'm a smoker, it was raining for a couple of our days while staying there,so a covered smoking area would of been great instead of having to stand in the rain to be in compliance with your policy.Thank you

Pool out of use during our stay due to chemical inbalance. Charging 25$/day for car parking not good!

Location was good. Early checkin was offered for a very small fee. Staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful and that goes for each one we came in contact with! We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel!!

The price per night was a little pricey, but still very comparable with neighboring hotels. Negative was having to pay $18 per night for parking and the stay not including breakfast.
