It appears to have been recently renovated. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was extremely convenient to the interstate, fuel and fast food. Definitely a good place to rest while between destinations. Oh and it's a short Uber ride from downtown.

It's time to replace some of the linens. One of our towels was severely frayed with strings hanging off. We were in a non-smoking room and there were obvious cigarette burns on some of the bedding. However none of this would keep me from staying there again.

When I got there they tried to make me pay 150 for a damage deposit and a pet fee for my service dog and then after I told him there is no fee for the dog by law and that there was nothing on booking.com about any extra fee he said there was a 50.00 fee but no pet fee. I again told him that when I book the room there was nothing on there about an extra fees. And I looked over everything twice bf I booked. He ended up not charging me the fee but it was aggravating.

Good price. Recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The location is excellent, just off of I-24. Ten minutes or so from downtown. There is a McDonald's directly next door and a Dollar General across the street. Extremely convenient. I like staying at this location.

It was comfortable & clean.

We didn’t arrive until 3 hours late because of traffic. We were 1 minute away from our hotel ( I could literally see & walk to the hotel ). I called the hotel & explained the situation & ask if we could have a late check out due the construction & I even offered to pay extra. I was told absolutely not. We only got about 4 hours sleep.

Great staff, comfortable and clean rooms. This is a no frills kind of place but it offers what is advertised. However, they don’t advertise for breakfast being included but they had some grab and go snacks in the AM, so that was a pleasant surprise. Everything was well maintained and you could tell they took pride in their facility. They were so kind too. The location was honestly more ideal for us, easy access to the main roads and very close to attractions, not in a sketchy area, very quiet at night, food and convenience stores were all nearby. Pool is small but was well maintained and clean. Affordable place compared to others for our last minute booking. We would definitely stay again. Thanks guys for your hospitality!

The staff was very nice the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again and it was very close to downtown and other sightseeing places near by as well.

Could have had a few extra pillows and there wasn’t no breakfast and the coffee wasn’t good no creamer.

As single, felt safe, location quite. Very clean, hardwood looking floors, bed very comfortable. Even though only coffee and juice for breakfast, right next door to Mc Donalds, can walk over and get breakfast. Close to downtown Chattanooga. Very nice.

Good location for Lookout Mountain or driving into the city. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff Room was palin but functional, did what I expected. Was nice having a fridge in the room.

Everything is throw away..not environmentally friendly at all. Coffee machine, cups, plates etc. all go in the bin. Vinyl flooring in room was a bit basic and allowed light from the corridor under the door at night.

Loved the rice krispie treats, bananas and juice. It was clean and comfortable. The main front desk guy was very nice! Nice last minute place to stay.

Coffee was just ok with the rest of the breakfast items. The floor in the room wasn't put down quite right as it had some lift in spots but not a tripping hazard.

The staff accompanied my request and let me check in allot earlier. They put me off to myself and I was not bothered by anyone. They were pleasant when doing the check in prices and even offered me a deal for my next stay. The room was clean and everything worked and was present

The is no laundry facilities and I want aware. Although I bet if I asked the staff or even offered to pay them they would have allowed my laundry to be washed in their washers they were super nice.!
