JD at desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I am traveling with my giant, very senior dog to say his farewells to family who couldn’t make it home to say goodbye. He has mobility issues and was very stiff from our drive. JD searched hard and found a room near the exit door for us. They were nearly sold out so I appreciate his efforts. This roadside inn has incredible views and is always very clean. I’ve stayed here several times in the last decade and staff has always been good but JD’s compassion tonight was stellar.

I liked everything about it. The location was just off I-24, which was convenient (although at night, you need to keep an eye out for the turn into Starview Lane at night). here are beautiful mountains nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well (which I don't always do in a hotel). The breakfast was also very good. Great experience all around!

The only tricky aspect I encountered was the turn into the street. had trouble seeing it and turned around a few times. I think it was because it was dark, and I was unfamiliar with the area. Otherwise, everything was great.

I liked the location, was easy to get to off the interstate. The staff was friendly and the facility and rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast and coffee really hit the spot with a lot of great options. There were also a few restaurant options near by that were easy to drive to.

The only downside with this property is that since it is close to the interstate there is a lot of road noise. We also had part of the hampton neon sign shining right through our window at night as we were trying to sleep. No matter how much I tried to close the curtains, it still managed to illuminate the room more than I would have liked it to. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but that didn't really matter since it was late and we were tired from driving and decided to head straight to bed.

Breakfast was satisfactory ,chicken sausage is awful. No half and half creamers allowed after their inventory ran out. Clean and staff very nice.

Rooms were nice and clean. Furniture uncomfortable very sterile and modern . No where to sit and read or relax. One hotel we stayed in recently had a recliner chair. Decorators need to figure out how to make the rooms more homey instead of like a corporate office.

The location and staff were excellent.

The hotel was under renovation and some amenities (fitness center, e.g.) were not available. While the inconveniences were relatively minor, I still felt that the accommodation was overpriced for the condition of the property. (I base this on my experience as a very satisfied Hampton customer of many year's standing).

Location was great right off interstate and short drive to downtown. Breakfast was ok with several options to choose from.

I traveled with my 3 year old daughter so the pool was a must and one of the main reasons I choose this particular hotel was the fact it had 2 pools with one having slide. I thought with 2 pools we would have option of choosing the least crowded if one or the other was crowded. I called 2 days before arriving to make sure both pools were open and I was told so. Once we arrived the outside pool was nasty, not maintained, and closed for the season is what sign said. I know that decision wasn’t made in the 2 days after I called because it couldn’t have gotten that nasty in that short amount of time.

Great location for our needs! Comfortable beds and clean room, plenty of space! Breakfast was really good, with plenty to choose from ! We did not use pool facilities but saw them and they were fantastic for families with children, outdoor and indoor pool with slides. Close to downtown Chattanooga.

Despite using GPS the signage to the Hotel could have been better, a little hidden.

The front desk ladies were so nice when we checked in and brought us extra bedding. Lovely property, engaging and genuine GM Scott! Abs your continental breakfast is always so much better that other hotels. The sound of the cicadas outside add night was aatounding and the view was stunning in the morning, as we drove in at night.

Curtains were in need of replacement. And as sofa beds go, this one was extremely uncomfortable for our adult son. The milk. Made my husband throw up. He said it was sour even though it wasnt outdated. But these are small things.

The facility was quite pleasant with view of the mountain. They had a pretty outdoor pool/leisure area-not yet opened for spring- with area for kids to play. In addition lovely outdoor seating with fireplace. Staff was great. Brandi at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Room was good size and very comfortable.

The room was nice however it had a few “cosmetic” issues- showing its age a bit.

It was under construction, The staff was not trained on handling snow or ICE, Food service should have been set up for customers' Lunch and dinner because businesses were shut down for two days. Customers would have paid extra for the service.
