The location is extremely convenient to I-24. McDonald's directly next door. Dollar General across the street. The young lady that checked us in was very sweet. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was gloriously cold. The room isn't huge but sometimes you just need a quiet, cozy place to get a decent night's rest. This is one of those places.

The room smelled a little like smoke even though it was non-smoking. One of the lamps didn't work. The comforter had a few cigarette burns. The actual sheets were very clean. We'll still stay again in the future.

It appears to have been recently renovated. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was extremely convenient to the interstate, fuel and fast food. Definitely a good place to rest while between destinations. Oh and it's a short Uber ride from downtown.

It's time to replace some of the linens. One of our towels was severely frayed with strings hanging off. We were in a non-smoking room and there were obvious cigarette burns on some of the bedding. However none of this would keep me from staying there again.

When I got there they tried to make me pay 150 for a damage deposit and a pet fee for my service dog and then after I told him there is no fee for the dog by law and that there was nothing on booking.com about any extra fee he said there was a 50.00 fee but no pet fee. I again told him that when I book the room there was nothing on there about an extra fees. And I looked over everything twice bf I booked. He ended up not charging me the fee but it was aggravating.

Decent budget option with very friendly staff and easy parking. The coffee and orange juice in the mornings was a nice added extra. Handy location to McDonalds too if you’re into that.

It was a bit expensive for a budget option. And the area/location is a bit rough.

Good price. Recently renovated. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The location is excellent, just off of I-24. Ten minutes or so from downtown. There is a McDonald's directly next door and a Dollar General across the street. Extremely convenient. I like staying at this location.

Location was great! Just a short drive to any attraction around. Price was extremely reasonable for the area. The room was clean and just as expected.

Only negative is that we couldn’t get any extra pillows, so next time we’ll know to bring them from home.

It was comfortable & clean.

We didn’t arrive until 3 hours late because of traffic. We were 1 minute away from our hotel ( I could literally see & walk to the hotel ). I called the hotel & explained the situation & ask if we could have a late check out due the construction & I even offered to pay extra. I was told absolutely not. We only got about 4 hours sleep.

The staff was very nice the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again and it was very close to downtown and other sightseeing places near by as well.

Could have had a few extra pillows and there wasn’t no breakfast and the coffee wasn’t good no creamer.

As single, felt safe, location quite. Very clean, hardwood looking floors, bed very comfortable. Even though only coffee and juice for breakfast, right next door to Mc Donalds, can walk over and get breakfast. Close to downtown Chattanooga. Very nice.

I was told online that I wouldn't had to pay anything but got there and had to pay a deposit but everything else was fine. I got my deposit back it's just the principal. Need to say that online.
