Breakfast was good with serval choices but were out of the fresh fruit both days we were there. The beds were comfortable. Carpets and room were clean. Most staff were friendly. Easy access in and off interstate.

I asked for the senior discount when checking out but informed that it could only be given during check in. Also when checking in said I would be charged extra 25 dollar fee per room incase of damages during our stay which I wasn’t informed about. Said it would take 3-5 days after check out before it is removed.

The rooms (2) were very nice and easily accommodated our party of 7. We needed an extra pillow and staff delivered one up to the room. Did not use the pool as we arrived late. The hotel was full when we stayed. THe location is great if you want to go to Lookout Mountain & Ruby Falls.

THe breakfast room was packed and needed an update. our party went down to breakfast at different times and had different experiences. Some went and had a fully stocked breakfast. Others went to breakfast and found nothing left and an attitude from the staff when asked if the food would be restocked. They still got some cinnamon rolls.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly there was an obvious attention to detail. The rooms were not particularly large but all in all the stay was a great value and from having stayed in several hotels very nearby the best by far. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast was nothing special although adequate. And this may seem a small matter but the luggage carts are incredibly short and it was very difficult to navigate. The rooms were a tad small as I mentioned but otherwise there was nothing that I couldn't say would keep me from coming back many times.

We were first given a room that totally smelled like a wet dog . They do allow dogs here and this room had an overwhelming dog odor. Bree , the night manager immediately switched our room for us ! She was very accommodating and we are thankful , as with spouse having asthma the other room just wouldn’t have been an option for us ! Typical Mediocre breakfast with boxed, frozen foods. We stayed at a Fairfield Inn on the journey to our destination and it had much better fresh breakfast foods .

Indoor pool, variety of food at breakfast, location, friendly staff, both firm and soft pillows on each bed, room had all amenities we needed and was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff at check-in was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us maps and coupon books for local attractions. The hotel was quiet and has a pretty scenic view. Parking was available near our room.

Housekeeping didn't come at all during our 5 day stay so we had to empty our trashcan ourselves and get more towels and toilet paper from the front desk. We really had to pull the door to our room hard to get it to latch. It may have just been swollen from summer humidity. The soap and lotion were locked in a fixture on the wall 2 feet away from the sink. My 7 year-old couldn't reach them or the sink which was pretty high without standing on our cooler. Having a stepstool in each room would be nice since many people travel with their children. It would have been hard for a shorter adult to reach without a stool.

The location is fine. Breakfast is hot and there's a big choice. Better than other hotels offer.

Don't agree to stay close to the lobby. We were sent to room 118 - and it was too loud there. The rooms are not soundproof. We had a feeling that we're staying right in the lobby - so noisy! People are talking on their phones at 3 or 5 am, using elevator and/or pool.

Beautiful room and loved the king size bed. Usually hotel beds are hard. these were firm but so soft at the same time. The next time we stay somewhere, it will definitely be at a Holiday inn Express hotel and suites.

It was advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool wasn't heated and it was the smallest pool I have ever seen. You get 3 ppl in the pool and it's pretty much full. If anyone was to splash a little, everyone in the pool is getting splashed. l was very disappointed in it. But that was the only thing .

The room and bathroom were spacious. There was plenty of storage space available in the room. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items. The location was very close to highway.

We did not have free wi-fi in room 311; had to use our hotspot from phone. The tub did not drain well, so we stood in about 2 inches of water while showering. The room door did not automatically shut when leaving on several occasions, so had we had to pull it shut.

The breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great for getting to all the attractions we wanted to go to. Cracker barrel and waffle house were right next door.

There was nothing I didnt like.

We arrived later in the afternoon, there was only one gentleman working up front. He had a line out the door! He was super friendly, calm. Extremely helpful. We had clean rooms & a yummy breakfast. We only stayed one night traveling through. Well worth what we paid. Would absolutely stay here again.
