The amenities were great and comfy. It was beautiful.

I didn't like the long walk from parking as it rained most of the time we were there and I forgot my handicap tag and I had my two year old autistic son who hates the rain. Additionally I should have booked a handicap accessibility room because I struggled with the bath/shower combo on our fourth floor room. I have a bad ankle and can't stand in the shower. I struggled to wash my very long hair in the tub.

Comfort Inn, Lookout Mountain was in a great location to tourist/city attractions. It was also in great driving proximity to downtown Chattanooga. The interior of the hotel was clean as well as the premises, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good bonus for the guest stay. Amenities such as washer and dryer machines were useful. The indoor pool was a fun amenity for the kids! And lastly, free coffee and tea were available 24/7!

Location is good. The indoor pool is nice but was pretty chilly would have been nice if it was heated just a bit. The breakfast was ok waffles were good, eggs were definitely some kind of substitute, biscuits and gravy better than the eggs, then there were breads, yogurt, cereal and apples. The staff was very friendly the room was clean we had two adults and four kids the room slept us all comfortably. The location was right just far enough from downtown and a great price. Over all a great stay.

The pool heat and breakfast left a little to be desired

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating as we ended up staying for several nights last minute after a bad experience at another hotel. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was not good. There was always a little traffic getting to and from downtown Chattanooga.

The breakfast food was plentiful, from cereal, waffles to eggs and sausage and much more. The man on service was so kind and helpful and the breakfast area was very clean.

We had stayed in a Quality Inn and Suites the night before in a different city. I believe that hotel was newer and the set up of the room was much cozier and the bathroom was just nicer.

Very comfortable and clean. They were able to put our family's rooms across from each other. The pool was a hit with the kids. They breakfast was good. Bathroom was very clean.

We got locked in the pool area a couple of times but was able to call the front desk. The lady was nice but a little standoffish. The drawer in the room had broken hardware but that was it.

Room was clean, no odors, bathroom was large and lighting was good. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Common areas clean and well maintained. Grounds outside were clean and I liked that they had a smoking area in the back of hotel.

Reception was not friendly or welcoming. Two different staff members, would barely make eye contact. Pillows on beds are AWFUL. Coffee in lobby/dining is not good. Tasted like chocolate more than coffee.

we had troubles with the comode stopping up on us twice making a big mess and making it difficult to use till they were able to unstop it and clean up the mess... some mornings the eggs were cold and runny..in the 3 days there was no meat at breakfast only gravy for biscuits also gravy not very hot heat wise

It was convenient to sights.

There was 6 of us and we rented the suite. When we got there we only had 4 towels, washcloths &hand towels. I went to front desk and asked for 2 more and we could use them 2 nights. She told me that they were out of towels...... But there were allot of rooms vacant on the floor we were on. I also asked for a blanket for the pull out couch and they had none. This didn't make sense to me at all. Other than that it was good. I caught the maid the next morning and swapped out towels she was very sweet, we didn't want anyone in our room though.

This property was a one night stay, as we were headed to Pidgeon Forge the following day. It is conveniently located right off the interstate and offered all of the amenities in the room you could need. The compliments breakfast was good too.

The only thing I didn’t like was the proximity of the motel parking lot next door.
