Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Have to pay to park your own car there at your hotel. I think it is stupid you are already paying good amount to stay there and then pay to park.

the staff was incredibly friendly and personable, and the rooms/beds/bathrooms were great, location was perfect too - so really no complaints at all (except an underwhelming breakfast, but that's pretty standard these days unfortunately so i don't hold it against the hotel).

didn't really enjoy breakfast - the eggs were standard hotel eggs, but the potatoes and canadian bacon were (imo) inedible, or as my mom used to say "not worth the calories" - and there weren't any exciting or truly tasty options, just the unfortunately standard hotel breakfast fare -- but that's why i don't really hold it against the hotel, i'm just saying.

A beautiful new hotel. The bed and shower were excellent. A wonderful view of the mountains from the room. The room had automated window shades, with a sheer and blackout mode available.The front desk was friendly and attentive. The parking valets were helpful. They assisted me with loading and unloading my luggage. There is a nice area for eating breakfast. It was in walking distance to the convention center.

I don't mind paying for parking, but I would have liked it to be a little bit more obvious about that on the website. If you check out when everyone else does, you may need to add some extra time to your morning schedule (there were several of us there for a conference). The valet process will take a little time if there is a line.

Great location! Very walkable to the downtown area, great restaurants, breweries, etc. It is a very clean and well kept property.

The parking situation is kind of ridiculous. I do understand paying to park, but when you can park in the same lot as the valet is going to park your car and it cost the same amount that is just silly. Not to mention the valet parking company for this hotel is a third-party valet company. They are WAY overpriced.

Parking: the valet option isn’t necessary and just a complication; for the non-valet it’s a pain to sort out payment. It frustrates me when businesses, like this, don’t take cash. The gym is not listed as a facility on the booking, it wasn’t mentioned at check in, and was rather hidden away, so I didn’t use it and on it saw it in the way out. That’s a pity.

Very clean hotel. We travel a lot and hard to find clean places anymore unless you pay most of the trips funds in 4 to 5 star hotels. Would definitely recommend. We didnt take our fur baby, but seen lots there and they were still clean!

Two holds from my bank account for stay for the whole amount, not just a deposit or incidental, which thankfully we could cover that and still do the whole trip, but some people can't.

The staff were great, everything was perfectly clean, the room was quiet, breakfast was nice. The hotel was modern and well maintained. Good value for the price, especially considering the location. I won't stay anywhere else in Chattanooga.

Parking is a bit pricey at $22 a night, but the valet service is now optional, which makes it a much better option.

Everything was wonderful. The location is the best! The waffles for breakfast were delicious. The room was quite and clean, as was the entire property. I love staying at this hotel when I'm in Chattanooga.

Parking around downtown sucks! And I think overnight parking should be included in the price of the room. Having to pay $22 a night to park on the hotel's property is crazy.

Clean, quiet, brand new, super comfortable beds, spacious room, great location right near Choo Choo, cafes, bakeries and downtown walkability. Friendly staff.

Watch your billing and make sure you ask about parking fees, which were automatically added to our bill although we did not use the valet. Front desk reversed charges. Plenty of mobile all-day spots out front, approximately $4 for 2 hours starting at 8am-6pm.

The "valet parking" system is very confusing. The hotel has a big, almost empty parking lot. So the valet basically moved my car 20 feet to park it. Unnecessary. It would be clearer to just charge $22 a night to park in the lot rather than put an unnecessary valet between me and my car.
