I loved the location..... really close to everything. Downtown has bikes you can rent and ride around through town. The hotel had a cute retro vibe to it including the decor in the rooms. The little patio and bar, right next to the pool, would play oldies music all day until 10. The hotel was very clean and very affordable. The staff were absolutely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Also I will mention that it did say it did not serve breakfast but they always had muffins, bananas, and coffee every morning in the lobby. It was perfect for my son and I cause we don't eat much in the AM.

Although the hotel was very clean some things were needing an update such as the bathroom. The toilet was like ones used in restaurant bathrooms and were quite loud when they flushed..... BUT it was not a deal breaker to come back. I will stay here again because I loved this little gem.

Erika at the front desk was kind, courteous, and professional. She has excellent customer service skills. Also, John from engineering friendly and helpful.

There was an incident with a guest's dog biting a female staff member from the front desk. Her scream was so loud and frightening and forever in my head. It should be disclosed that pets are allowed.

Great location! Love the unique retro vibe- the oldies music playing in the lobby, bar, and pool area was perfect! Beautiful mural- great photo opp lol!! Very clean and well maintained. Awesome outdoor pool area considering this is a hotel in a bigger city. Love the Moonpie and RC cola in our room!

A microwave was available in the lobby for guest use, but it would have been nice to have one in the room. Also a cup of (not so good) coffee was $3 :( I thought being part of the Days Inn/Wyndham it might have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.

close to everything that we need to go to. fast check in. parking is 10usd per night but we don’t mind since we feel our car is safe near our room. best thing is also the price. It’s a good and decent place for families. easy to talk to staff. they have microwaves one the lobby, so you can heat up food if you want. coffee and big muffins for bfast, it’s just muffins but it’s yummy!

air conditioner sometimes get a bit noisy but minor issue. and bathroom looks outdated compared to the room, but everything looks and works well so minor. also during 8-9pm if you’re room is facing the pool it might be a bit noisy from all the splashing. but after 9:30pm it goes quiet.

Convenient location to my work location. Several restaurants within walking distance. Secure location, quiet. Good price.

First night, I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm after a crappie flight and was given the wrong room, which had already been given to someone else. Scared the poor person already in the room. Then I got back to my room the second night after working 10 hours and a 2½ hours for dinner with my work crew only to find my room keys had been deactivated. It was easily solved, but it was still frustrating after a long day and knowing I had another long day ahead.

hotel bo is not a new property but it is in a safe location and has been updated to a place we will be happy to stay in on our annual visits. centrally located; a stone's throw away from the convention center where we competed in the sr. olympics, room was clean, beds comfortable, staff very accommodating and fitness room had everything i needed. we recommend hotel bo because it is a very reasonable, safe hotel that is clean and has been nicely updated.

Small property, accessibility to room wonderful. Pool right in front of the room. Beds were, I believe pillow-top, slept like a baby. Water pressure in bath is great. A very quiet spot in the evening. Has a breakfast/bar nook called The Downtowner. The Bo has a neat little gym with treadmill and free weight.Staff is extremely friendly/knowledgeable to area, good restaurants and entertainment. Right across the street from the convention center. Local free shuttle to Choo-Choo area as well as riverfront and very clean. A relaxed little place with a first class feel.

The staff was very friendly and I met the manager and he was very accommodating.

There was no microwave in the room. I needed to go to the office to use a microwave to heat my food. There was not enough parking. I came in very late and could not find a spot except a 'no parking' spot. Thankfully, the manager was outside and I asked him and he told me to go ahead and park there and it would not be a problem.

I loved the location the most. It felt very safe and the location was close to every place we wanted to visit. I also loved the outdoor bar and the option for breakfast with coffee, mimosas, etc. That felt VERY unique compared to other hotels. I would come back just for that!

I didn't like that they only had full bed options. Two queens is ideal. I understand the space is tight though. The room was a great lower tier stay for my friendgroup and I to stay for one night.

Came for a wedding in town. Loved this hotel. Cute. Great location. Was recommended the Reed across the street, but Bo was better to my wallet. Beds comfy, pillows comfy, AC pumped all night. Woman at the desk was amazing, helped me find a bar to get a beer before theirs opened. Love floors that aren’t carpet. Shower was pleasant with lots of towels. Only walkable bar we found late night was Pickle and the bartender wasn’t very nice, so take an $8 Lyft to Clyde’s. Kept walking into the iron board so we moved it beside the bed— just a heads up if you’re like us using the mirror a lot to get ready. Literally the only semi-negative thing I can even mention is the little gnat bugs that got into our room coming in and out, but that can’t be helped. They didn’t bite though, just came in to die by the window. Overall fantastic stay and will have to stay again when I come back.
