The location is perfect for 2 reasons: easy to get to from the interstate, and easy to walk just about anywhere. There’s a bike rental right outside as well. I had zero trouble with uncovered parking as I arrived at 5 on a weekday when nearby attractions were closing. I could see my car from my room which was nice. The room is very nice; I got one with a cute 2 seater balcony facing the ball park. It had sheer and sunblock curtains. I’m not a fan of gray and beige but the decor and layout was well done. Nice linens and plenty of them. 2 soft and 2 firm pillows on the bed. Tons of hot water and pressure in the bathroom! It was very clean and quiet all the time. Free tv, limited choices but I didn’t care about that much. No hair dryer but an iron and board. Just enough hangers for a short trip. There’s a k cup pot, plus a fridge and microwave as well. Not a giant hotel so elevator and ice machine were easy to find. The indoor pool looked nice and clean but I didn’t use it. I saw a handicapped lift thing at the pool but don't know if it is working. The staff were all amazing: young, cheerful, efficient, friendly, and hard working! One fella texted me daily to see if I needed anything, which was very cool. The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choices on the buffet and a nice quiet area to enjoy it with real plates, napkins, and cutlery. If only they had real coffee cups but I understand why they use paper (not styrofoam hurrah!). Buffet: 2 juices, yogurt in tubs and tubes, toppings, plain and southwestern scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruits, biscuits, cream gravy, 4 kinds of bread, and several cereals. Probably more than this!

There isn’t a proper restaurant for meals other than breakfast, just a bar with a selection of bar food. I tried the carrot cake. Meh. Plenty of walking distance restaurants: try Mellow Mushroom!

Hilton Garden Inn will ALWAYS be my first choice when visiting Chattanooga. The location makes it easy for my husband and I to navigate downtown with ease. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and courteous. They even give us excellent insight on great places to eat and tour. My husband and I look forward to spending more time for special occasions at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our greatest experience this visit was not being satisfied with the room location. We were accommodated with change immediately without hesitation. The room itself was clean, we just desired a front room with a view out front. I love the staff because they are very welcoming and popcorn smell upon entering is AWESOME. I would recommend the Hilton to everyone I know. Thanks Hilton Staff for your professionalism and courtesy.

I liked the location of the property. The staff were friendly and it is a clean location. I liked that you had to have a key to enter the building from the street. Which made it feel more safe.

The parking lot is too small and is not guaranteed parking. It costs $18 a day to park if you are lucky enough to get a park. Other option is a parking garage diagonal from hotel and means crossing two streets to get back and forth to room. One day we were there we didn’t get fresh towels until 9:00 that night. That was very frustrating.

the king suit was amazing for a family of 5. the staff’s helpfulness was incredible! we used the pack n play for our baby, we couldn’t fit ours in the car at the last minute and I just texted them on the way there. the food is really good as well! eating at the hotel helped with decision fatigue! we never moved the car and walked everywhere.

the pool was definitely not a place I wanted to be. it needs a good cleaning. but the aquarium has good water stuff. take a towel and a change of clothes. our bigs definitely jumped in fully clothed. also an accessibility ramp out of the front entrance.

the pool was dirty! A family was in the same time my family was, we expected it to be loud it's a pool full of kids. But they was playing vulgar music and letting thier kids JUMP over us! we got kicked multiple times. I went to front desk and they done NOTHING. Half of that party was NOT EVEN A GUEST!

Loved the location and the staff was really nice, attentive.

Paid ALOT for parking, not enough spaces for everyone. Don't like paying for parking and not having a space available. Paid for breakfast, SAME MENU EVERYDAY. If we would have known it was the same, we would not have paid for it every day. In short, those would be the two things that would have us looking elsewhere next visit. Parking and breakfast option should be included in the cost of the room. Other than that, it was very nice.

The location is perfect especially if you have kids and plan to take them to the children museum as it is directly next door. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.

The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. It should really just be complimentary.

We were traveling for a few days and just moved from another hotel, where we had a terrible experience even after we checked out. Staying At Hilton Garden Inn was like coming back to a normal life with a professional and friendly staff. Thank you for rebuilding our confidence in hotel industry, seriously.

Room was great. Conveniently located to most area attractions. Staff was great...especially the folks working the breakfast area.

The only thing that made it a challenge was the parking as it is shared with the science place. If we left in the morning to go do stuff we found ourselves having to park down the street in the parking garage until the science place closed. Only other knock was the bed. I have back issues and the really soft mattress aggravated my back.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Especially April and the bartender. We were allowed to use the bar area for our family. It was perfect. Everyone was really nice and the hotel was very clean.

The pool was too small and crowded. We didn't feel comfortable using it.
