Great location, nice gym, and loved having Starbucks on the premises. We ate at Starbucks for breakfast every morning.

Irritating issues that emphasized form over function or ergonomics. The only lights in the room were by the bedside and you had to stand to reach them. Hello, bedside lights should be reachable when lying down in bed. Only one set of electronic cordage were provided. So one of us has to move our phone, watch and pc to one side of the room and not within easy reach of the bed. The trash can was done in miniature. Anything larger than a soda can was too much. Really! I swear they let the 20 somethings who never used a hotel in their life design this stuff.

Wonderful location within walking distance Main St, Market St, Station St, Chattanooga Choo Choo etc. Extremely close to Ruby Falls. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was very relaxing as well! Friendly & accommodating staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Valet service was wonderful and friendly as well. We visited with the intention of exploring the area within walking distance BUT you could honestly visit The Chattanoogan Hotel and never have to leave the property with so many options on site!

I guess the only thing I was not 100% satisfied with is lack of information regarding hotel parking and pricing for parking online. We were not the only ones arriving unaware of accurate information for both self parking and valet parking.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, good lighting. Restaurant on site as well as Starbucks . Valet parking available made convenient. Fast check in and out. In a quiet area of town.

Long walk to end of hallway off elevator far end of building, I could hear noise from above floor and down hall.

The location was perfect for our trip. Our visit was attending the convention center. We were able to leave the car parked and walk to the event.

Absolutely amazing roof top bar. Most comfortable bed I honestly have slept in at a hotel!

We had an Eggs Benedict at the restaurant on main lobby area. Was not good at all! Didn't even finish our food. Everything else definitely made up for the one issue. We were definitely happy with our stay and will go back. Next time we will try the coffee bar instead though.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Up the rd "literally" from downtown (on the main rd) & close to interstate. Room was clean. Love Love Love the tempered glass shower. The door was opened for us each time we arrived with the greeting "welcome back."

The shower floor looked dirty. Couldn't figure out the lamp in the room. Took ac all evening to cool room down. Heard thumbing all day Saturday sounded like someone being body slammed all day. Elevators do not have air condition.The bump in the parking garage can damage your car.

Room was large and clean, very comfortable bed.

Too cold and sterile design, and not within walking distance of attractions and overpriced too. Signage from rooms for directions up to the Rooftop Bar was poor. Will not stay here again as not worth the room rate.

Absolutely everything was perfect — the location, the ambiance, the temperature, the staff, the amenities, etc. The only downfall is that the fire alarm went off around 2:30AM and the entire hotel had to evacuate, which made for a semi tough rest of the night. Additionally, and I may be a rookie here, but there was an extra $50.00 hold charged on my card in case damages happened; however this information was not disclosed upon my check—in, but rather I noticed it on my statement. When it comes to charges on my card, I try to keep a close eye. I think additional fees and charges should’ve been better communicated but, other than that, it really was an excellent stay and we will be back!

Friendly staff. Close to a lot of sights to visit. Clean rooms and gym.

The scent machine in the lobby is powerful and strong - caused an allergic reaction after being in the lounge area for about an hour.

Location Inner courtyard keeps the hotel centered. Close to things but its own entity.
