I love the location of the Hotel. It was very up-to-date and clean.

Upon arrival after 4:00p.m. room was not ready. Valet wasn't familiar with Valet key. They had to ask me how to start the car because the key wasn't placed in the correct place. Upon check out, had to wait a while because Valet said car was not where it was supposed to be, however, I believe the key was the issue again with the others??

Perfect location, the staff was incredible - especially Lyric at the front desk and the car valet who went above and beyond to help us load up our car. Breakfast was outstanding, and the 7th floor dining room was beautiful.

Could have used a soap dish on the bathroom counter, and a few cups bowls and silverware would be nice in the drawers underneath the microwave.

Excellent location, the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good and the atmosphere in general was welcoming and relaxing.

I enjoyed the kindness and the help of staff. This was true across the entire facility. To be honest this was especially appreciated by my family after a very hard day.

The staff were amazing. I booked my room here on Booking.com for some reason they did not receive my reservation. Of course it was nonrefundable on Booking.com. I showed all my confirmation information and they hooked us up

Location was perfect, walking distance to aquarium and discovery center. Breakfast was fantastic.

Well I did not get room at 4 PM but at 7PM. Actually after 7 PM. Mine plan must change, because there was not enough clean rooms. Same in the morning. At the breakfast…balcony was dirty. I expect that portion of mine pay will be returned,because I was charged for service that I did not get.
