All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose the Kinkey Chattanooga because of the location, which was perfect for walking to many restaurants and breweries and it didn't disappoint. The one downside was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'd wake up throughout the night trying to get comfortable and I'd wake up in the morn with a sore back. Besides the bed everything was perfect and we'd stay again. .

The front was incredible I can’t remember the young ladies name in the front desk but she is an African American woman with blonde highlights and she worked the afternoon we checked in around 1:30pm July 11th she was incredible give her a raise super nice and helpful.

That I didn’t stay longer

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend for her lacrosse tournament. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The front desk staff and valet attendants were very friendly and helpful every time we passed by. My daughter insisted on getting a queen bunk bed room which she loved! It was on the smaller side, but it worked for us and the double TVs were a hit. Only issue I had was there wasn't a chair to sit in so I was stuck on the bottom bunk. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have. There is bench seat under the window, but it doesn't have a back to it so not the most comfortable. We loved that the floors are wood instead of carpet as it felt much cleaner than other hotels! Great bathroom with a rain shower head with good water pressure. They also had bottles of water in the room refrigerator and by the elevator in the lobby. The location was excellent and we walked to local restaurants for dinner and got ice cream next door at Clumpie's both nights. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything! What a gem! So many convenient touches inside the room...a master light switch for the entire room to shut off all the lights before leaving instead of having to hit every switch, USB ports on both sides of bed, storage was great! Location and size of TV was perfect for the space. Bed was so comfy. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights, 1 was definitely not enough.

The breakfast and coffee were good. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly an helpful. It was a convenient and safe location.

Valet parking was the only option for parking.

Excellent location on Market street. Staff very friendly. Especially liked “Mo” who served breakfast. She was better than a Google guide to get around. 12 o’clock check out was very helpful.

Hotel was very clean. Staff members were fantastic. Everything was so nice and modern. Close to a lot of great places!

You can hear a lot of outside noises and sounds from the hallway in the room.

This was the best place we have ever stayed !!! The cleaning lady decorated our room for Valentine’s Day and she deserves a raise !!!!! Just incredible people and beautiful place to stay it felt so cozy !!

Nothing it was perfect !!!

Beautifully presented hotel. Amazing hidden speakeasy bar in the hotel too! What a find. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms - loved the decor. Also very quiet rooms!! Had the best night’s sleep of my entire 2 week trip in the States.

I only disliked the fact we were stupid enough to only stay the one night.

Great location, clean, friendly staff & good coffee/ food.

Bunk beds are not ideal. And they are so loud. Every time someone would move we would all wake up. The black railings are not sturdy at all. I felt like the top bunk was going to collapse on me.
