The vibe of the place was awesome. It was gigantic. Literally an ENTIRE apartment! Everything looked like NYC, modern industrial. It's amazing. Full kitchen with giant table with benches. There are dishes and pans and everything you need if you're staying there and want to eat home or have people over for dinner. There are super cool games, giant beds, just everything was amazing. Plus it was half a block from the memorial service I came for. Just perfect.

I could hear drunk people singing until about 4am. It seemed to be coming through a vent in my dad's room when I tried to follow the sound. I asked the receptionist about it the next morning and he was very surprised, and said he'd never heard that complaint before so he had no idea. We were trying to figure out if it was from another building or inside our hotel. So apparently it's not a common complaint. And honestly this place was SO awesome, I can't even take away points for that. But hopefully it was just a one off.

The apartment style suite was wonderfully comfortable and convenient for my four-night stay; so much better than the claustrophobic feeling of an extended stay in a stuffy carpeted hotel room with no light and air. There was plenty of space to both work and relax, in the suite and in the lobby facilities, and the well-equipped kitchen gives the flexibility to eat when and as you wish. The industrial loft style is fresh, sleek, and clean. The location was very good for my purposes, and just half a block from Broad St where the free shuttle runs every few minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Chattanooga.

The only downsides, that kept me from rating it 10/10, may have been specific to my suite: the tub, and the AC. The high-sided, slippery tub was very difficult to step out of without a grab bar, for a middle-aged person with a bad knee. The AC was incredibly loud: when it blasted on, I would have to turn up the volume if I was listening to anything, and would wake me up at night.

Love this concept, a place to live… A hotel, but not a hotel… Fun and games downstairs and also provided in the apartment. Our family had a great time and the staff was amazing and accommodating, very communicative anytime I had a question via text or at the desk. Also, super family friendly in my mind because the halls are really wide and even though you can hear some sounds, the bedrooms with no windows allow for deep long sleep, great after a day out! Also, the location is not exactly in the middle of the fray, but the distance is completely walkable to things kids like to do – discovery Museum, Public Library, aquarium, imax…

Nothing really, except that there wasn’t an on-site pool or workout facility… That didn’t matter, though as both are a short walk away. Clemons is wonderful!!

Very nice and clean and great size. Staff was super nice. Room was above our expectations. It was in a great location. Several board games in the room to play and there were several things to do downstairs in the lobby like pingpong, a pool table, and a few more games. Also a little kitchen for snacks and a.quick bite to eat in the lobby. There is also a very nice bar/restaurant attached to the lobby. There are many things to do and explore within walking distance and felt safe walking around even at night.

The only negative was parking but it wasn't that bad, just had to pay to park across the street.

Location is great! Rooms have enough space for everyone! Staff is very helpful with everything. There are some games like table tennis in the lobby (kids can be busy) . For swimming pool you need to walk to the Weston hotel! Actually very nice place.

Need to be better equipped kitchen: more dishes, broom, rags for tables. A little bit small bathroom. And maybe more lights in the rooms. The floor wasn’t enough clean. First night my neighbors were very loud and had to explain them at 11:30pm, that some people have to sleep))

We always stay in Chattanooga on our way to and from our family vacations to Florida. We absolutely love Chattanooga and wanted to stay somewhere new to us. Hotel Clemons did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean and very different from what you think of when you think of the hotel. Having the bar/ restaurant onsite was perfect, especially after a long drive. It would have been nice for the cage to have longer hours, but we just door dashed coffee. Great stay highly recommend.

The room was like a well-appointed loft apartment. High ceilings, ample space, complete kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean, within walking distance of downtown attractions. And there is a Chattanooga Brewing Co. tap room in the lobby!

We WISHED we had parked in the CitiPark Parking Garage across the street from the hotel for $20. We opted for a another surface lot, and ultimately paid the price: $55 with overnight parking fine. You cannot pay for parking beyond 4:00 am, and that's when the parking company hands out parking violations. Lesson learned.

Literally everything was soo nice super cute and trendy and just an overall fun place to stay! Most definitely will stay again. I seriously never expected soo much from a hotel and this was everything and then some! The staff was super friendly and helpful to! Right in the middle of the city where there is so much to see and so close to all surrounding attractions too!

Parking is not on site and is $20 a day, although parking deck is not a far walk from hotel! I’m not a city person so when you’re not used to it, it’s unexpected, but I wouldn’t just consider it bad. And the water pressure in the showers was a little off, could definitely be a lot harder! We will just say it takes a minute to completely remove all the soap once you have washed 😅

It was in a great location. There were several restaurants in walking distance. We went to the taco place for lunch. The parking was close by although not attached. We loved the rooms for a group. There was plenty of space to spread out and spend time together. Everyone loved this choice of hotel. I often wonder why other hotels don't just use a code. This made it easier for our group. It was very easy for us to get to the Aquarium, flea market, various restaurants, etc. It was really an ideal location.

I can't really think of anything. Everything was great.

Highlight recommend this hotel for anyone headed to Chatanooga! The location is right in the heart of downtown, the suite was perfect, beds and pillows were amazing, the rooms were dark and there was no street noise. My son & I were traveling from St Louis to Tampa and stopped for one night. Having a full suite with two bedrooms for the same cost as a regular room was perfect for us! We also used the kitchen and had takeout since we got in late. Parking in the garage across the street was convenient and cost $20, reasonable to a downtown location. There is ice water downstairs in the lobby and bottled water was left in the room as well.

We were next to the elevator. I didn't hear any noise from my room and my son can sleep through anything, so it was fine. If you have a family of light sleepers, you might want a different room.
