Very nice and clean and great size. Staff was super nice. Room was above our expectations. It was in a great location. Several board games in the room to play and there were several things to do downstairs in the lobby like pingpong, a pool table, and a few more games. Also a little kitchen for snacks and a.quick bite to eat in the lobby. There is also a very nice bar/restaurant attached to the lobby. There are many things to do and explore within walking distance and felt safe walking around even at night.

The only negative was parking but it wasn't that bad, just had to pay to park across the street.

Literally everything was soo nice super cute and trendy and just an overall fun place to stay! Most definitely will stay again. I seriously never expected soo much from a hotel and this was everything and then some! The staff was super friendly and helpful to! Right in the middle of the city where there is so much to see and so close to all surrounding attractions too!

Parking is not on site and is $20 a day, although parking deck is not a far walk from hotel! I’m not a city person so when you’re not used to it, it’s unexpected, but I wouldn’t just consider it bad. And the water pressure in the showers was a little off, could definitely be a lot harder! We will just say it takes a minute to completely remove all the soap once you have washed 😅

The room was like a well-appointed loft apartment. High ceilings, ample space, complete kitchen, comfortable bed, very clean, within walking distance of downtown attractions. And there is a Chattanooga Brewing Co. tap room in the lobby!

We WISHED we had parked in the CitiPark Parking Garage across the street from the hotel for $20. We opted for a another surface lot, and ultimately paid the price: $55 with overnight parking fine. You cannot pay for parking beyond 4:00 am, and that's when the parking company hands out parking violations. Lesson learned.

We were so impressed with the roominess, comfort of bed and pillows, great location, the decor and extra curricular activities, proximity to good restaurants, great a/c, every amenity one could ask for.

It would have been nice to have a full length mirror available and/or mirrors in the bedrooms. Also, we were confused about the availability of housekeeping services and replenishing of coffee supplies, as instructions were not provided. TVs in the bedrooms would have also been nice. Finding parking close by to accommodate our vehicle with a camper shell on the back was difficult.

Highlight recommend this hotel for anyone headed to Chatanooga! The location is right in the heart of downtown, the suite was perfect, beds and pillows were amazing, the rooms were dark and there was no street noise. My son & I were traveling from St Louis to Tampa and stopped for one night. Having a full suite with two bedrooms for the same cost as a regular room was perfect for us! We also used the kitchen and had takeout since we got in late. Parking in the garage across the street was convenient and cost $20, reasonable to a downtown location. There is ice water downstairs in the lobby and bottled water was left in the room as well.

We were next to the elevator. I didn't hear any noise from my room and my son can sleep through anything, so it was fine. If you have a family of light sleepers, you might want a different room.

It was in a great location. There were several restaurants in walking distance. We went to the taco place for lunch. The parking was close by although not attached. We loved the rooms for a group. There was plenty of space to spread out and spend time together. Everyone loved this choice of hotel. I often wonder why other hotels don't just use a code. This made it easier for our group. It was very easy for us to get to the Aquarium, flea market, various restaurants, etc. It was really an ideal location.

I can't really think of anything. Everything was great.

Extremely unique old warehouse turned into what could be apartments, air bnb, etc, so was a pleasant surprise to find it listed as a hotel. Large and very comfortable. Beware there is no parking for this property, so you have to do street parking or use a garage that is 1 block away. My only complaint is that they should communicate that you can purchase a $20 parking pass from them at the desk that would allow in and out parking, because once you are parked without this pass it is also $20 but no in and out privileges. This would have been nice to know in advance.

Very unique and well done make over of historic 1920’s warehouse.

We love the location, walkable to great restaurants & fun! Especially our favorite little spot Community Pizza. We love having two rooms and the kitchen space was nice. Everyone loved the games downstairs

The beds/mattresses were a bit sunken in and it sounded like something was loose underneath :/ I’m guessing the rooms are all different but we have stayed here before in a two bedroom and it was the same as pictured with the kitchen island, however this time our room did not have the island, which was a little disappointing

Spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean the games in the lobby were a great hit. The hotel is essentially located close to all the places we wanted to visit. We were able to walk some places and drive just a short distance to others. We felt very safe. The parking garage across the street worked out well. We would definitely recommend this hotel. it was a much better value than other other traditional hotels.

The lighting in the room is very dim. I’d recommend that they upgrade the lighting because there is natural light only in the living room, but not in the bathrooms or bedrooms. And once the sunsets, the lighting in the living room was very dim. It’s hard to read a book with such low light.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is very large with pool tables, foosball, ping pong and other games. A lot of couches and there is a brewpub connecting to the lobby. Our room was very nice. We had a two room suite and it was huge. Very comfortable bed as well as a comfortable couch. Also came with a kitchen, which we didn't use but was still nice to have.

The elevator seemed to almost get stuck once between floors, but it turned out fine. We did take the stairs after that.
