Most staff ok.Gary on afternoon or pm shift exceptional in talking about what was available in nearby area.Located car rental,stores of interest and a few good restaurants nearby.Didn't need car till latter which gave me time for shorter rental.Will probably use again due to advantageous location.Hotel renovation ok but clean.Room had all amenities I needed.House keeper did exceptional job of cleaning room.

Walking to Broad street a little bit "ghetto"but no problems.Breakfast was good but minimal.

We found the hotel excellent- it was recently renovated ( finished in December) everything is NEW! The bed is super comfortable, wonderful bed linen. The room was roomy and the toiletries were very nice , towels nice and plentiful. The staff from check-in to breakfast was super nice. Breakfast offered many choices and the items were replaced quickly when needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was full and fresh. My husband and kids had waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Everything was hot and clean. Staff present to keep refreshing.

We had a king sweet with a pull out couch for our kids. We didn't have a blanket or extra pillows for the bed or towels for everyone readily available. We didn't ask for these items, and im sure they would have provided them if wed reached out.

The hotel was clean, the staff where very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel was quite close to the city.

Breakfast was fairly basic but what you would expect from this style of US hotel. Whiilst the hotel was close to the city and within a reasonable walk of about 20 minutes. I would not have felt safe walking back after dark.

It was convenient location. Breakfast was good. Just the right amount of options. Room were excellent.

Staff could be more friendly. It seemed they were there to do a job and that was it. No smiles. No welcome No nothing. Morning breakfast guy didn’t say a word and played in his phone. Place could be outstanding with some smiles, good mornings etc.

Everything was designed with the traveler in mind; extra lighting, easy access switches and plugs, phone charge ports, fridge, etc. Everything was clean and easy to access. It was close to the events that we wanted to see. This may be one of the best rooms that we have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend.

The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room and the hallways was very clean. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was spotless (even the chairs were wiped down after the table was cleared).

Couldn't find the front desk attendant when we were checking out. We rang the bell several times, but no one came ..

The front desk was exceptionally kind, from check in to check out... the cleaning lady was rude, she put the breakfast out every morning, and she used fowl language while talking,.she gave me dirty looks because i was out there at 6am to get breakfast, i was told 6am til 9am. I guess that bothered her but everything else was GREAT.🙏🌟 I liked the pool and gym... Definitely one of my favorites.

The breakfast/ Cleaning lady was unprofessional, had a potty mouth, and was rude.

Good, we got down there just before it was closing. But the gentleman made more eggs and brought out more bread. The room was great very clean and up to date. And all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast could include more meat choices and fruit.

Very nice hotel. Clean throughout. Close to so many attractions. Staff was very nice and continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel stay. I will definitely plan on staying there again when in Chattanooga!!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.
