I loved that it was quite and also the spa bath. The staff there were amazing. I'll definitely be going back soon.

I don't think there is anything I didn't like about our stay here. It was great. I'll make recommendations to friends that in the future need a place in this location.

The hot tub was the main reason we chose this facility. Everything was good not much of a selection on the TV but no biggie. Everything was comfortable. Staff was very friendly

I thought the rate was a little high considering the location and the fact I was there a few months ago and it was $30 a nite cheaper. No place in the area to grab a quick bite to eat

Location was central to downtown Chattanooga. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe. Everything was clean.

Hotel interior could use a touch up.

The front desk staff were fantastic. The room was nice.

I have 2 complaints.The ice machine didn't work. Also the freezer portion of the refrigerator needs to be defrosted badly

Nice Staff room was clean bed VERY COMFORTABLE a little chipping on some paint.

No complaints bath tub could use a little more TLC

The room layout and features was very good. The bathroom was excellent. The shower had amazing water pressure. Overall it was a good experience.

The couch was visible warn, but still comfortable. The security at the door on the opposite end from the lobby was non-existent. The ice machine on my floor was broken.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice couch

I wasn't really fond about the location and how loud some people were in other rooms

we were not informed there wouldn’t be any housekeeping services, which was fine but our planning would have been a bit different had we known

Service here was incredible! Requested a lil love note to be in my room upon arrival as a gift for my boyfriend and they did so. Beautiful family runs the whole joint and they constantly made sure we were had everything we needed :)

location was 5-15 from most attractions, it was quiet and pretty clean.

spa tub could of been a little cleaner and the jets didn’t work
