Very clean nice staff easy checkingin

I like the service. This hotel may seem as if it is not worth it but it is. Nice people, older facility but clean facility. Nice outside pool. I enjoyed my stay, close to Rock City and Georgia line.if you get a chance Rock City is the place to go. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Thank you to the staff!! Walmart has s close, and gas station is right in front of the hotel

The location is behind Comfort Inn. So, that can be confusing.

Convenience locations near all places I wanted to go.

The bathtub was not cleaned properly. The fridge wasn't working and the microwave had rust inside. I asked if someone could change it and the other they brought still had less rust but still had and the other fridge they brought was not working either.

Location was fine for the most part. Staff was nice at checkin and check out.

The room was lit up at night by the parking lot lights right outside. Even with the curtains drawn. Found a few small dried dots of blood on the sheets. Breakfast was small muffins, some cereals and drinks nothing really filling.

Clean room & bed and bathroom. Light breakfast but good start in the morning. Great location. Close to I-24, shopping mall and tourist attractions.

Room door needed a hard push to open and close. The mini fridge in the room kept making crackling sound throughout the night.

My night time desk audit gentleman is always so pleasant and helpful. He is a great customer service person and personality is exceptional. Compared to actual owner I feel he she have an run this hotel he makes ever stay the best for me and my spouse on the regular when we need a quick get away. Thank you sir he’s usually of on Monday and Tuesday but always seems to be there rest of week I love him he’s awesome

Everything was good

Very clean and great stop to split up a long drive. Lot's of families doing the same. Safe parking lot and facility. Also the pet fee of only 25 dollars was so helpful in comparison to others.

It is an older motel, but that's okay! Met the requirements.

Good location for what we wanted to do. Staff was very nice and helpful We had the handicap room very easy access and comfortable

Had a bumping noise like someone running across the floor upstairs.

The location was great.

The way the shower head works. We have to ask the front desk how to use it. Pillows are not too comfortable. There's not much on breakfast selections. No extra sitting because we have to eat in bed.

Inexpensive, clean simple room. No carpet, so A big win for me. We were Able to park our car and trailer easy. Very soft beds. Which I adore. It wasn’t fancy, just what we needed. A good nights sleep for Reasonable price.
