Room was very clean. It appeared new so there were no odd smells, just clean!

Not a lot of choices for breakfast but still grateful for what there was.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were doing an event at the convention center in Chattanooga for the weekend and this location was close to downtown, but far enough away that it seemed you were not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Had a hard time opening our door every time. From the inside and out the door handle would stick. You could hear the key click the lock open, so I don't think it was a key problem. We just had to push/pull on the door multiple times in order for it to open. Breakfast room was small with not many choices. What we did have though was adequate enough for our needs.

For the price it was great. The pool was small but my son enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The location was nice because it was 10 mins away from the attractions we wanted to see. If you’re expecting a five star accommodation then you’ll have to look elsewhere and be willing to pay triple the price. But if you just want somewhere to sleep after a day of exploring this is perfect. It checked all my boxes clean, comfortable, mini fridge and a shower. The pool was a plus I think you get more than you pay for.

The fact you had to walk in the cold to get to the pool.

Very nice room! Much larger than expected. Very clean! Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Comfortable beds! Unique pool on the second level indoor looks very nice but I did not use. 3 to 5 ft, perfect for little ones. Excellent location just off the freeway and less than a mile from Walmart and gas stations and restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountains. Would definitely stay again Breakfast was pancakes, yogurt, apples, oatmeal, toast, and cereal. Juice, milk, and coffee. Staff were great!

No issues or concerns. Just an FYI, not as many cable channels as usual, but they do have Netflix

It was very clean, and pretty property. Loved the pancake machine. Loved that it was close to a lot of things.

Didn’t like that the women wouldn’t just give me some towels, made me wait on housekeeping. Then it took housekeeping forever to come, when she did I was asleep and she kept knocking. She then just opened my door, also they couldn’t give me an extra hour and half. Only reason I was needing it was because my son who is a United States marine is doing the lineman school and he had a charity event and needed a quick shower. Also the rules on the pool, I mean I could see if we was loud. I made sure my room was clean before I left, I just feel they could have given me that considering I didn’t even get to check in until really late the first night.

The property was very good and far above other motels in that area. We’ve stayed in that area many times traveling from our home in Florida to Illinois . The staff was very nice and truly seem to be care about his job. Breakfast was very nice wasn’t a large one but had enough food for breakfast. Motel had been totally redone at some time and looks great .

Toilets were the low kind and need to be the taller one for a motel. They work ok but for be older people and taller ones it’s not great

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are very good condition. You will feel clean in the beds and the bathrooms are clean. I was not grossed out at all. However, the towels and wash cloths are awful, they renovated the rooms but still use paper thin towels and wash cloths. They feel like sandpaper against the skin. Please get better towels and washcloths. I would recommend staying here but bring your own towel and wash cloths......seriously.

I loved how everyone was so friendly, breakfast was great -had muffins, sausage and biscuits, toast, yogurt, pancakes, apple and orange juice, cereal, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, clean, and the room was clean as well in general. It was also close to everything we were going to do, so we were very pleased with our stay and thank you so much for everything.

The location and the rooms where spacious and clean also the staff was incredibly nice loved the location and getting to stay close enough to downtown that the drive to aquarium wasn’t bad and didn’t have to stay directly in downtown

I liked everything only small complaint I have is that I didn’t know there would be a 100 dollar deposit on the room and because of that we didn’t get to do one of the attractions we wanted to do on Saturday night the deposit isnt the problem but maybe mention that on the booking sites that if customers pay in cash at the property there will be a deposit
