Gentleman checking us in was very friendly.

They ran out of most breakfast items by 9am the 2nd day we were there and wouldn’t offer anything additional. Meanwhile more guests were coming in to get breakfast and hotel staff was there fixing their own plates.

The hotel was close to major highways and Lookout Mountain & Ruby Falls. The rooms were nice and the price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast food was good. Staff was friendly.

While not a horrible thing, there was no hot tub at the pool and the pool could have been heated more. Also, breakfast got very crowded and the line for food got long or they ran out of food a few times so people had to wait. This was more because the hotel was full because of people travelling for holidays and the time you went for breakfast. Staff tried to keep up with keeping the food stocked.

The light to the side door was burned out -- as it was last year when we stayed here. This year I asked the front desk if they could fix it for safety purposes -- and Natalie(?) tried and when she couldn't reach it, had her husband come to take care of it. Yeah Natalie.

Better lighting outside -- and since this is a dog friendly hotel it would also be great if there were poop bags and garbage areas to encourage others to pick up after their pets. We always carry our own bags and pick up -- but it is a land mine of poops in the grassy areas around the building. Even scarier in the dark. :)

Everything from check-in to breakfast and our departure was great. On checking in, the young man at the front desk, I believe his name was Austin, did an exceptional job taking care of us. Very pleasant and professional. Due to our age (I am 83) and the elevator being out of order, he was able to change our accommodations. It was greatly appreciated. Also, kudos to the gentleman who hosted the breakfast. I didn’t get his name but he did a nice job as well. Everything clean and neat. Food was good and kept warm. Enjoyed our stay so well we decided we would plan another trip to sightsee and stay there again

Not a thing could have improved except maybe a “hot tub” in the pool area

Great location, felt very safe, next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Breakfast host was over the top keeping food stocked, tables cleaned exceptional employee. Check in lady is always cheerful, efficient and quick to get you checked in or check you out. It’s nice seeing the same faces.

First floor is nice. Second floor has stained carpets and walls that need painting across from the elevator. The door lock on room 211 was partially away from the door. It looks like someone tried to pry it off. Chair in the room was soiled on the arms. When I opened my washcloth to get it wet there was a brown stain in the middle. My bath mat was beautiful but slightly damp. When I turned it over there was a black streak across the end about an inch long. I like absolutely clean linens.

Overall a very nice hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and appeared exactly as pictured. Furnishings were in excellent condition, bathroom very clean. Refrigerator wasn't very cold even on highest setting and latest remodel contractors did a very poor job with baseboards throughout suite. Walls had several small nicks. Red chair arms in living room area were worn. Mattress was reasonably comfortable, although we've had better at other hotels. Exterior of premises was in very good condition. Flower beds needed attention and fire pit in sitting area was in poor condition not operable. Swimming pool was nice and in good order but way over chlorinated and the room was very poorly decorated. Only a couple small chairs around pool. No tables or lounges, plants or even piped in music to make the pool area more inviting. Location of hotel to the attractions we wanted to see was excellent. Hotel staff very personable, friendly and accommodating All in all we liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Austin at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He would do anything in his power to make sure we had what we needed or wanted. He truly added to our comfort and enjoyable stay. Lloyd and Barbra prepared a good breakfast, very cheery and kind even at 5:30 am. (I'm an early riser)

Housekeeping could improve. Communication is next to impossible as no one speaks English. We were finally conveyed through an app that we needed our room cleaned. We did get fresh towels and the trash removed. The bed wasn't made, no vacuum ran, or resupply of anything.

Austyn at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was extremely accommodating, giving us the choice of floors to occupy. He even made fresh coffee even though it was nighttime. Our check in process was very straightforward and stress free thanks to him. Traveling regularly from Atlanta, I would definitely return to this location.

We did have some bugs throughout the night and could turn the fan off which was loud when attempting to sleep. The room had a faint smell but we ran the air upon departure and that helped.

The room was great! For a hundred bucks I got a double queen suite which was perfect for me my wife and kids. The guest service at the front counter was one of the friendliest guys iv ever met, my kids loved the free cookies and a pretty hardy breakfast as well! We will definitely be staying here again!

This is an animal friendly property, so one thing I was absolutely NOT a fan of was there being dogs in the dining area! One actually threw up on the floor beside where the coffee was. Id advise there being some regulations on place for animals even if it is pet friendly.
