The view from the parking lot was beautiful. Location was 10min from Rock City and Ruby Falls. Gas, Walmart and restaurants are a minute drive away. They had cute Halloween decorations. My daughter loved the checkerboard area in the lobby. I enjoyed the 24hr coffee. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. The best shower I ever had at a hotel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower was a plus since we didn’t bring our own. The heat and water pressure was perfect. All the staff were friendly and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. The whole experience from check in to checkout was phenomenal.

The indoor pool wasn’t the greatest but it was enjoyable. Needs a good tile scrubbing. Other guests scraped names into the scum on the tiles. Our eyes burned a bit from all the chlorine but that’s typical for an indoor pool.

Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix. Rooms were great, but be aware that the “sofa bed” only makes a twin bed.

I booked 5 suites with 2 queens and a sofa bed, and 1 room with 2 queens. The hotel did not have enough suites available. They only had 3 suites, so they had to change 2 of my suites to regular rooms. Luckily we made it work with the amount of people we had. The front desk lady was really nice about it. Also the sofa bed only opened up to a twin. We were expecting a full size that 2 people could sleep on.

Very friendly staff!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very cheerful clerk. At breakfast the next morning, two different breakfast attendants were so friendly. Both offered to carry my plate or help me get what I need. They saw I was using a cane. I really appreciated the offer. They genuinely wanted to help. This will be our go to hotel when passing thru town.

Our room was a little crowded with our luggage. We didn't have much space for it. I put mine on the luggage rack in the closet, but the door wouldn't close, so I had to take it out & fold the rack back up.

All one could ask for in a roadside hotel. Clean, nice indoor heated pool with customer friendly hours, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter so this was a big plus. The complimentary breakfast was way above average. Great shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The young man who checked us in was joyfully pleasant. We didn’t use it, but the hotel has a wonderfully comfortable outdoor seating area looking down from the hill on the night-time lights. Walmart is right across the street, and if complimentary breakfasts leaves one hungry there is a Waffle House nearby.

I was totally satisfied.

Dogs were allowed in . I spoke to the manager numerous times these dogs were not seeing eye dogs or help dogs.  I observe them and the owners were perfectly healthy. These were pet dogs. I addressed the situation with the manager numerous times and nothing was done. As I am allergic to dogs, this was very unacceptable. The sign said no dogs allowed no pets allowed. This would be the only reason I wouldn’t stay here again. I was very aggravated. The dogs barked they were in the eating area which to me is very unhealthy.

the employees were excellent. so nice and welcoming. the location was great and easy to get to. the beds were very comfy

there is a lady that goes to the local hotels and knocks on the door and asks for money for her crying hungry kids and says she ordered them pizza and her husband left quick to get money and is not back and the pizza guy is there. she asks to borrow money and says she’ll pay you back as soon as her husband is back and that she is staying in the room next to you. don’t fall for it like I did. not the hotels fault but kinda sucked

Greeted by the Uber efficient and friendly Malcolm. He also was able to direct us to excellent dining and venue we were attending. Our room was comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was nice as well.

Parking is free but apparently the hotel was well booked. Arriving late after a show we struggled to find a spot. That was our only downside to our stay. Will book again when in the area!

Front desk associate, Ziggy was excellent. Best customer service from Ziggy that we have experienced in a long time. He was very informative and helpful. Enjoyed the knowledge he provided regarding the hotel and city. Your facility is lucky to have him on staff. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable. Enjoyed the cold air conditioning and clean room. Loved the bathroom products. Only negative issue was not enough handicap parking. You apparently have a great staff from check in to housekeeping. Ziggy, at the front desk goes above and beyond. My friend Tina and I will definitely stay at the location again as long as it continues to keep this type of customer service.

It was an absolutely most wonderful experience. The reason is because the staff were very nice, the room exceptionally clean, and the view was beautiful. It was so nice to sit outside in the rocking chairs out front and enjoy the view early in the mornings. I also loved the way the room is designed. The room size and room design was great and one of the main reasons for choosing this place. The other reason for choosing this place was the exceptional reviews.

The breakfast could be better but it was not a deal breaker. I'm more concerned about how nice staff is, how you are treated, how clean the place is and how clean the rooms are. That is the most important to me and it meet my expections.

Loved the cleanliness, the breakfast variety and taste was great and the kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall it was an "A" stay!

Beds need new mattresses, two of us woke up with backaches.
