Although it was right off the interstate it was really quiet. All the staff were very nice. The room was spacious. We had 2 queen and a pull out sofa. It was me, my husband, our 18 year old and our 10 year old. Plenty of space for us. More than I expected. There isn't much parking though. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good. The beds are extremely comfy! I want to know where they get their bed sheets and pillows from so I can get them for my house

The pool was extremely cold. I couldn't get it in. Our youngest child did and she was so cold she was shivering the whole time. The parking. Not enough space.

The highlight of our stay was the exquisite breakfast — fresh, delicious, and with many healthy options. The hospitality of the staff and the modern, well-kept facilities made it even more enjoyable. It was outstanding. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had — high quality, good variety, and excellent service. Very convenient and quiet. Great for relaxing and also for exploring the city.

Nothing to complain about — everything was just right. Perhaps slightly more variety in the snack options at the front desk, but that’s a very minor detail.

It was just about the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The room was spacious and well set up. The bathroom and kitchen area were well-supplied. The staff was great. Everything from general cleanliness to the professionalism of the staff exceeded expectations.

The parking was horrendous, but that is not their fault, as much of their parking lot is part of a construction site.The breakfast, while delicious, created a bottleneck at the omelet and pancake station that disrupted the flow of the entire area. A separate place to get hot, non-customized food would alleviate this. All this is really nitpicking a great experience, though.

Breakfast was a huge surprise. Fresh eggs and yogurt with fruit, plenty of bread options and coffee or tea. Nice and very clean. They even had HH where complimentary chees and crackers were served. Fridge, sink, and microwave were a bonus. Huge value for the price. Looking for Elements wherever I travel.

Rooms are only made up every 3 days, but when I asked for fresh towels they were very accommodating and I hade them quick. Not really a complaint, just different and is well worth the slight inconvenience for the price.

I loved the location of the property. I loved that it was closed to the family that I was visiting. I loved everything around it. Staff was amazing

The parking. The hotel was packed every night which was great but the parking was terrible. Had to park around the way to park. Wasn’t too bad but I wish it was a little better & I wish breakfast was a little better. Other than that everything was perfect.

This is our new preferred hotel when we visit Chattanooga. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping and spotlessly clean with spacious rooms. The kitchenette is very useful, containing a microwave, fridge, cooktop, dishwasher, sink, and Keurig. The work desk was a good size, as was the closet. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were squishy, but not flat - very comfortable. The spacious walk in shower contained body wash and 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our family. We also enjoyed the fire pit and pool area outside, along with the bar area and 24/7 coffee bar and water station in the lobby. The breakfast was wonderful, including fruit, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, a yogurt bar, and made to order eggs and pancakes. The staff was extremely friendly. The only very slight issue we had was that our room apparently did not contain a streaming TV, or they were some settings that had gotten mixed up on the TV. We were not able to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi in order to log into our Amazon prime account. However, we were able to use our iPhone to HDMI cable to connect to the TV and stream the game from our phone. This is an excellent hotel. We highly recommend, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Had a minor issue with WiFi streaming on the tv, but it was easily resolved.

The staff was very friendly and offered a variety of perks to staying at the hotel. There was happy hour, free appetizers, free breakfast, and even games throughout the lobby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the coffee that was offered (in the room and at breakfast) tasted terrible. That’s literally just a nitpick though. All in all our stay was incredible.

My family LOVED the breakfast, which was included in the price. We appreciated your pet-friendly policy. Our room was comfortable and well designed. The facilities were spacious and we loved having access to the fitness center.

There was an issue with parking. We did not find parking that was close to the entrance so that was a bit inconvenient, but we are all able-bodied so that was not a big deal.

Element Chattanooga was nothing short of amazing! The king suite we stayed in felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was very clean! Staff were hard workers and very friendly. It was within 30 mins of Rock City and less than 20 minutes from the aquarium.

The location could leave a bit to be desired but a short drive could lead you into better territory with restaurants, shopping, etc.

The room had all comforts of being home. It was spacious, quiet. Couch was comfortable and even had a little "tray" table. Light on desk had varying brightness, as did bedside lighting. The window covering allowed seeing outside, but not in. Use of Uber eats for one meal was easy as well. All in all my granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay in your facility. Thank you.
