Check in was accommodating as we got there a little before time and they let us have a room early as 1 was ready. The gentleman at the desk and the rest of the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was clean & there was minimal traffic noise from the expressway; nothing our fan didn’t white noise out. Their breakfast looked great and they had a variety of items to choose from but we did not eat down there. There was sufficient parking and the halls didn’t smell dirty or musty.

We had a constant stream of water coming out of the bathroom faucet that we told management about 3x. They didn’t fix it before we left (weekend) which didn’t impact us but is just a waste of money, that we end up paying for eventually. The back door entryway and stairwell could use a fix up paint job and new bench but again, nothing major. The kitchen could have used a few more items. We had one fork, no measuring cups or spoons, pans that were a little sketchy as the covering was peeling and I wouldn’t want that in my food. There was no rag or towel for the dishes but all in all, we made use of what we had.

We arrived later than expected, and the hotel put a hold on my card (which was expected), but when I arrived, they charged the booking fee as a separate transaction, so I had two charges for the room on my card until my bank released the funds from the original hold almost a week later. This "double-charge" made things difficult for my party because it affected my budget, which affected me checking in at my final destination. The lock on one of the outside doors was also loose and barely functional.
