Check in was easy, staff was wonderful. The room was very nice, it was roomy and had all the amenities you could want. The beds were very comfy, had the best nights sleep. We were traveling from Virginia to San Diego my grandaughter was reporting to the Naval Base in California. Our trip was 4 days long after 10 hours drive a nice shower and comfortable bed were so much appreciated. We were traveling all day and getting rooms for the night.Your hotel was one of the nicest we found. Then add breakfast.. couldn't have been better.

The bed was so very comfortable, it was the best motel mattress I have experienced in a long time. Could have easily overslept due to comfort! The location was accessible to major intersections and facilitated my travel. Restaurants and shopping were nearby if needed. The room and fixtures were very clean. The sheets smelled super fresh, and the pillows were good as well. Perfect overnight stay location off I-75. We travel with a mature, trained Labrador, and she was totally welcome and that is always a relief.

The carpet in the room needs to be taken up and LVP installed. The days of old dubious carpet are ended. Let's mop these floors!

The breakfast was good. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom. The receptionists were very nice & professional. At first my reservation couldn't be found in the system, but being persistent, they found that the computer used my middle initial as the first letter of my last name. Thank you so much Nancy & Deborah! Originally we were staying at another "hotel" in the area which was horrible! When we walked into Fairfield what a difference! Night & day! We were pleased with everything about this hotel. Even the ladies in housekeeping were pleasant. How you maintain your hotel, & how customers are treated by your staff, says volumes about how you feel about your customers and I take it personal. So, thank you for caring about me.

They were prompt in addressing any inquiries or requests, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. 2. Comfortable Accommodations: The rooms at Fairfield Inn and Suites were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, added convenience and made the room feel like a home away from home. 3. Convenient Location: Situated in a prime location, Fairfield Inn and Suites Chattanooga offered easy access to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping areas. The proximity to downtown Chattanooga made exploring the city a breeze, and the hotel's complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus. 4. Delicious Breakfast Options: One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The hotel offered a wide array of options, including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and a variety of hot items. The breakfast area was clean, well-maintained, and the staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly.

Things I Didn't Like (Minor Improvements): 1. Limited Breakfast Options: While the breakfast at Fairfield Inn and Suites Chattanooga was generally satisfactory, I did find the variety of choices to be somewhat limited. Additionally, I was disappointed with the breakfast sausages, as they were often dried out and hard. Expanding the breakfast options and ensuring the quality of all food items, including the sausages, could greatly enhance the overall breakfast experience for guests. 2. Noise Levels: Although the rooms were generally quiet, I occasionally noticed some noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Installing soundproofing materials or reminding guests to be mindful of noise levels might help enhance the overall tranquility of the stay.

It was very clean and felt secure. Big tv with lots of channels. We had booked a room at another hotel next door and it was disgusting so luckily the Fairfield had vacancy for us. We were so relieved to sleep here we booked it for our return trip as well. Decent breakfast too.

The bathroom was dated, with a small tub. For their price a luxurious tub/bathroom would make sense here.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

We couldn't get the sliding shower door to close (and my husband is usually pretty good at fixing things) which made taking a shower awkward trying to not flood the place.

Cleanest hotel I can remember staying in.

I booked through a third party so I wasn't given points on my Marriott membership. Had I known this was Marriott's policy, I would have booked directly. The t.v. in our room didn't work, but we didn't care, and it would have been fixed had we asked. Free wi-fi that isn't secure is no help to us.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Super friendly person at the front desk. She was very helpful.

One of our rooms smelled very musty or smoky. However, as soon as I contacted the front desk, they were quick to get us a different room. I really appreciated that a lot.

Fantastic breakfast with special needs for me asi don’t eat dairy. Husband loved everything else. He said coffee was good. Gentlemen who took care of the breakfast are was so polite and really kept it clean As for the front desk and own”great staff” and we will stay again when visiting. Thank you!

We were highly impressed with the hotel and room! When you walk in to the hotel it smells AMAZING!! I've never been in a hotel that actually smelled good! Everything was SO clean and we WILL be coming back!
