We loved the breakfast and dinner buffets. They call it snacks but it's definitely dinner if you want it to be and that makes a big difference when you're on a strict budget. We also were impressed with the many seating options in the lobby. It felt like a more expensive hotel than what I paid for.

This hotel is very family friendly. We booked the Drury Plaza hotel for a spring break vacation to Chattanooga. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast bar was always delicious and clean, and the free nightly buffet dinner definitely helped to decrease the amount of money spent on eating out. The pool was clean and organized, as well as the gym. Although we don't drink, adults receive three (3) complimentary adult drinks per night of stay.

I wish the gym had heavier dumbbells. I think it stopped at 35 or 40 lbs. Other than that, the gym was really nice.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly. All the facilities were new, modern, and impeccably clean at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the afternoon happy hour buffet was a wonderful surprise — we hadn’t expected it, and it added a lot of value to our stay, giving us a great way to start and end each day. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us to relax and take breaks between exploring this beautiful city. We especially loved visiting Ruby Falls, Rock City, walking along the riverfront, and the lively downtown area, which had so many fun things to do. The city’s restaurants were fantastic as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large bathroom. We truly loved everything about our stay.

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything was truly perfect for us.

It was very nice. Didn’t realize when I booked they had complimentary buffet for supper with 3 free alcoholic drinks for everyone staying with you over 21. We were able to also use the fountain for soft drinks as well. Coffee bar was very nice. Pool area was nice and clean. Rooms were nice clean and accommodating.

So everything was great and this could have been just our dumb luck but after we ate at the buffet bar for supper me and my son were so sick. They had a bbq slider and nacho bar and we were the only ones that ate the bbq. It made for a rough night. Thank goodness we had 2 separate rooms bc we both stayed on the bathroom a lot. I guess that’s just the chance you take when eating out. It’s was very good while eating. Never thought anything funny about it. It just didn’t like us.

The food was real…., prepared well, tasted great, good variety. Nice big area to eat. The coffee was very good! ( need good coffee in the morning) Great atmosphere. Had drinks in the bar. Very pleasant bartender

Seriously…can’t think of anything. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in this price range, and we truly feel we got a great value for what we paid. PLEASE keep your rates reasonable like they are, as I will try to find a Drury hotel whenever we travel from here on out! Thanks!

The morning staff was excellent I apologize that I cannot remember their names but they help me out at all times I think the one manager's name was Steve he helped me in the morning for breakfast and dinner and so did the young lady at the desk when we first checked in they were very polite and caring the one lady that was heavy set that was making the food was very knowledgeable and very helpful

It was a little scary for me in the evening when all the kids were in the pool but otherwise it was all okay thank you for having a wonderful facility

Great value! We were able to get 2 rooms for what other hotels were charging for 1. Huge plus for a family of 5 (2 being older teenagers). Great extras! The food and drinks are a great addition to the standard hotel stay. Saved us $100 or more! Great staff! Everyone was amazing! The sweet lady mopping the floor one evening made a point to speak to me. She could tell I needed something. She was so kind to lend me what I needed. Great customer service! Even the chill music being playing in the lobby and outside was a great selection. You have truly won yourselves this family of 5 as your next biggest fans!!!

Superb!! Great staff, beautiful, fresh, and well maintained property! I wish we were staying there longer. Highly recommend. They have a restaurant and bar area that is open until midnight. I had a proper Old Fashioned and my husband had a root beer float, lol. How's that for diversity? Again, the staff is incredible. They also have a free breakfast and there is plenty of seating and tables, which can sometimes be a challenge at certain places. Parking is a large open lot (free) in front of the building. You will not regret staying here.

Not a darn thing!

All the extras like breakfast and kickback and free drinks. The room was clean and nice and it's just such a great deal! We live in Chattanooga but have stayed at those hotel twice now just because the first time was sooo great! I usually don't enjoy being in a hotel due to cleanliness but this was super clean and comfortable.

The hot tub and pool area. I know the hotel can't help it but it's always terribly packed. So maybe if they kept it open longer it would reduce the inability to go experience this amenity. Also the hot tub jets are pretty crappy. That's my only complaint.
