Convenient location, staff friendly and free breakfast and supper.

Pets in the dining area! Everyone is not comfortable with animals in their living space!!!!

It was very nice. Didn’t realize when I booked they had complimentary buffet for supper with 3 free alcoholic drinks for everyone staying with you over 21. We were able to also use the fountain for soft drinks as well. Coffee bar was very nice. Pool area was nice and clean. Rooms were nice clean and accommodating.

So everything was great and this could have been just our dumb luck but after we ate at the buffet bar for supper me and my son were so sick. They had a bbq slider and nacho bar and we were the only ones that ate the bbq. It made for a rough night. Thank goodness we had 2 separate rooms bc we both stayed on the bathroom a lot. I guess that’s just the chance you take when eating out. It’s was very good while eating. Never thought anything funny about it. It just didn’t like us.

The food was real…., prepared well, tasted great, good variety. Nice big area to eat. The coffee was very good! ( need good coffee in the morning) Great atmosphere. Had drinks in the bar. Very pleasant bartender

Seriously…can’t think of anything. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in this price range, and we truly feel we got a great value for what we paid. PLEASE keep your rates reasonable like they are, as I will try to find a Drury hotel whenever we travel from here on out! Thanks!

Great value! We were able to get 2 rooms for what other hotels were charging for 1. Huge plus for a family of 5 (2 being older teenagers). Great extras! The food and drinks are a great addition to the standard hotel stay. Saved us $100 or more! Great staff! Everyone was amazing! The sweet lady mopping the floor one evening made a point to speak to me. She could tell I needed something. She was so kind to lend me what I needed. Great customer service! Even the chill music being playing in the lobby and outside was a great selection. You have truly won yourselves this family of 5 as your next biggest fans!!!

All the extras like breakfast and kickback and free drinks. The room was clean and nice and it's just such a great deal! We live in Chattanooga but have stayed at those hotel twice now just because the first time was sooo great! I usually don't enjoy being in a hotel due to cleanliness but this was super clean and comfortable.

The hot tub and pool area. I know the hotel can't help it but it's always terribly packed. So maybe if they kept it open longer it would reduce the inability to go experience this amenity. Also the hot tub jets are pretty crappy. That's my only complaint.

Location was good, right across from Hamilton Place shopping area. The manager and ALL of the staff- everyone was so nice! The manager in the food area heard we got married, and 30 minutes later, the manager came out with a goodie bag and card for us! Also the pool/spa was surprisingly nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Happy hour was awesome. I’m a very difficult person to please with hotels, but the Drury was wonderful.

You could see in our window from the hallway outside the elevators (because it’s an L shape hallway), but we just closed the curtains and it was fine.

The facilites were nice. The hot tub was a nice size for 15+ people. The dining area was large enough to handle a crowd. The food provided was pretty decent. Good place for a family. The breakfast and "dinner" were well done. Not gourmet, mind you, but I would definitely have been happy to make my kids/teens eat it. We enjoyed what we had.

We were here for a short stay - just one night. There didn't seem to be any issues, and everything was clean and nice. We were there on a busy weekend. I'm interested to see how the property holds up after a few years, as it was new.

Other than the fact that it is a brand new property - everything was so nice and new. Beautiful facility. Staff were so friendly. Food is always good at Drury Inns. Both at the evening Kickback and breakfast - the manager walked through and talked to everyone to make sure all was good. And finally - the shower was awesome. Most places have the water savers installed and there is not enough water to hardly get wet. But this shower was very nice. This Drury Inn will become one of our annual stops on our way to Florida when we go to Florida.

The building was beautiful. Room was spacious for the price and well kept. I LOVED the 5:30 kickback, indoor pool, and full breakfast menu. All of these amenities are perfect when traveling with kids.

I used affirm virtual card to book and when I arrived on site I had to use a physical card instead and I was not prepared for that. The staff made a condescending joke about my name. The hotel was further away from the tourist attractions than I realized and there was lots of traffic at certain points making the placement somewhat inconvenient.

Easy to get to the location off of the highway. It is clean and modern and the king bed standard room was a nice size. We stayed on the fifth floor and could hear the traffic but it did not affect our sleep. Comfortable bed and use of the refrigerator in the room was good. Both the evening and breakfast food were good and varied. These were included in room price, along with three drink tickets, and were much appreciated after a long drive. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
