I loved the location, price, and so much more! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Alex at the front desk made sure that me and my family had everything we needed and even went above and beyond when my daughter had a little accident. The breakfast was delicious. We were given a variety of things which was perfect for my 2 picky eaters. I also appreciated that breakfast was from 6am-9am. Also, the body wash/hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner….OMG!!! The scent and quality are amazing! The most important was our room. It was perfect. I have a 1 year old, so I was never about our room and disturbing anyone. Our room was 103, which was on the main floor. It was steps away from our parking spot, and it made our visit perfect!

Our visit was for the 4th of July. It was extremely hot and I cancelled a few outdoor activities. It would have been great to come back to the hotel and cool off by the pool. I know there are splash pads, and water holes in the area, but due to the holiday they were closed.

I loved the location. I did not like the view as red roof in is right next door but other than that it was nice. The staff was very nice. We received complimentary waters as well and even a late check out. I would definitely stay again.

The red roof next door blocked some of the view. Our first room was not as clean as we found a razor upon arrival behind door and curtains did not work. But the staff nicely moved us to another floor and room.

Clean hotel and the room was large. They had the basic things for breakfast like cereal, bagels, etc. everyday, but the main breakfast was different every morning and was well done.

Only things we didn’t like was the location just because it was right off a very busy road and there was only one way in and out of the parking lot. Last thing was no microwave in the room but not that big of a deal.

The fact that I used Booking.com and you left me at the desk with NO payment to the hotel. I had to pay for the room twice. They were kind enough to give me Booking.com‘s reduced price. But now I have paid $240 for a $120 room. Your staff repeatedly hung up on the staff of the hotel. They would answer my cell phone, but then would not speak to the Hotel staff through my phone.

Bed was very comfy, nice dark room for sleep. Very clean. Staff was over the top kind.

The breakfast was not anything over a motel with way less fees. Very dissatisfied. When I booked a room for Nashville last week I made sure not to stay in a Tru because of this.

I really liked the 1 floor with the poll table. There was nice books for the kids to read too and Jenga. There were good snacks in the lobby too. The hotel room was very nice, clean, and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The 3rd floor view was amazing as well.

There wasn’t a microwave in our hotel room but we didn’t have food to warm up so it wasn’t a problem but if we did have food that was something I didn’t like.

This was a repeat stay for me. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. It is convenient to many restaurants, shopping and major highways.

We had an issue with noise in the room next to us but after speaking with the front desk, the noise stopped.

Very clean room and friendly staff! Breakfast was okay. We would choose to stay for a quick overnight again. Beds were comfy.

Wish it had a pool, but these type of hotels do not have that. They did have children's books, cozy chairs, giant jenga, and a pool table.

I liked the vibe of the hotel and its proximity to where we needed to be. It had a good breakfast available from 6-10 and the fitness center was great.

Normal wear and tear was starting to show in the rooms and good cleaning would go a long way. Also, very difficult to get in and out of the property due to it being off of a main road.

The location was perfect, right off 75 and 20 minutes from Ruby Falls. The beds were comfy, liked the walk in shower and the soaps and shampoos hanging up for you in the shower. The breakfast was great! They had a pool table and other fun activities in the front lobby area! Staff was very friendly! Would stay again at this hotel!
